Customer service!
The customer service is amazing with this company. I originally ordered the product and it broke, the first time we used it. It was obviously just a random flaw in the specific swinging tee that we received. When I emailed the Company to complain, they sent a new one to me within the week. I run softball camps and it is a favorite of the coaches and campers! I would definitely order more items through this company!

Doesn’t hold up
My son loves it and uses it all the time but we’ve only had it about a month and the bungie is already fraying. I got it because he loves hitting the ball in the house so this was a way he could do that without breaking everything in the house. I don’t even know how to go about getting a replacement string.

We got one and it broke a few days later, I contacted them and they sent me a new one and it arrived a few days later amazing customer service

Great trainer for the young softball team!
This softball trainer has worked great! It's been used a number of times at practice and the kids love it! It's sturdy, easy to set up and use. It comes with a nice carry bag for storage and travel. Nice setup!

Broke right in half
My daughter is 10 years old and used this about 10 times until it broke. She swung the bat as usual and the metal snapped right off with no way to fix it. I called Amazon and they can not replace it and also no refund because we have had it over 30 days. The item was purchased april 1st and today is May 24 and they are unable to process a full refund due to a defective/damaged item.

Poor design. Damages bats.
Poor design with too much exposed metal edges that damages/ dings bats.

This item is junk/EDIT
I contacted the company about this issue, and they promptly sent a replacement.I bought this item for my grandson for Christmas. Now that it’s warm enough, we put it together for him. He used it for 2 afternoons and one of the bolts that holds it together broke. That’s an expensive item to only be able to use it for a few hours. This was a waste of money for a piece of junk.

While it was very simple to put together, it is not well made. It broke within 5 swings.
