These work for me. If you're looking for superfragalisticexpialodocious then you need to look elsewhere. This headset is, obviously, mono... I'm not looking to place Gustav Mahler I just want to have a phone conversation. People can hear me and I can hear them. No one has ever yelled "What?" And I can actually hear conversations better than pressing the hot phone to my head. If you want to get the hot phone off of your head and don't want to replace it with direct WiFi EMF's bashing you in the skull these are great. The volume doesn't fade nor drop and is totally controlled by your phone, I got a Samsung Galaxy Note 8... works great.

Woeful under-reproduction of high frequency, in the ear piece. When I pick up the old handset on my phone, I can hear the crispness of the other person's voice; but not when using this headset. I had a good performer but it broke and its long off the market. If anyone knows of a headset with good frequency response, please reply. For the high price I paid for this one, I expected good performance. Instead, I'm sending this back for a refund, after less than a week of ownership. The high frequencies deliver the INFORMATION, and if you can't hear high freq, you often can't understand what's being said.

Works with the AT&T multi line phone although it's finicky. I had to take the rubber cover off the outlet to get it to connect properly and have to move it around when plugged in to make sure the phone is picking up the headset.The sound seems to be clear as no one complains when I talk with it on. There is no volume adjustment on it it so you use your phone volume button only for that.The headset while initially comfortable I can't wear for long bc I wear glasses and I guess it makes the headset fit a little too snuggly and there is no way to adjust that. So 2-3 hrs in I have to go back to my crummy headset that everyone says I sound muffled on bc I can no longer stand to wear this one anymore.So yes it works however there are a lot of downsides to it.

Highly recommended. As you can see, I liked everything about this headset (see below) except that some customers (I work for a call center) had trouble hearing me. The supplier followed up with me and asked about the phone and handset models. They proceeded to send me 2 new connectors to try. I've used it for over 75 hours and one of the new connectors solved the problem. Supervisors listened as well and said it was crystal clear. The only ones who had trouble hearing me were people that admitted they had hearing problems. Can't say enough about a company that worked to solve the problem rather than just push their product. It's clear they wanted to solve the problem and make a happy customer and they definitely did that.Original Review: I like the soft ear cushions. I can hear well, but customers complained that they can't hear me and there's no way to adjust the mouthpiece to get it closer to your mouth. That's unfortunate because it's a nice headset overall, but a deal breaker when they can't hear you.

Works great. Sound quality is good and others can hear me ok.The headset has a fixed wire directly attached, then a few feet of cable with a custom connector on the other end. Comes with 2 extension cables with 1/8" or 3/32" connectors on one end, and a mate to the custom connector on the other. Because of this (whichever extension you choose) there's a connector in the middle of the cable. It's very solid/stable, but a bit bulky. Slightly annoying and a bit of a surprise. Otherwise it works great. In fact I bought a second one for the car.

Works great. I use the adapters all the time to switch between phones. Sound is great and no one has complained that they can't hear me. My wife uses this for tele-conferences. They could have made the cable so the swap out connection was closer to the phone. With it in the middle, gravity is fighting you so it slides off the desk a lot.

This headset works great with my old AT&T desktop telephone. I tried several different headphones but this provided the best and loudest sound of all the headsets that I tried. And the price was very low for the quality that it provides.

Eliminates the road noise while driving a conference call. Works on my samsung edge.

The sound quality is ok. Just enough to hear the other person clearly.The mic is also good. Didnt need to repeat myself, they can understand me just right.Good for internet conferences, webinars, online trainings, etc.You will need an adaptor to use it for both mic and speaker which i wish came with the item.It feels sturdy and you can use the mic either left or right.Adjustable headrest. And very light.

Couldn't make it work

Hallo zusammen,ich habe das Headset für das Gigaset C430HX gekauft. Mit dem 3 poligen Adapter, lässt das Headset sich problemlos mit dem Telefon verwenden.--> Die Tonqualität auf beiden Seiten des Gesprächs (Lautsprecher am Headset & Mikrofon) sind gut.Abzüge gebe ich aber für- die Qualität: Das Headset ist sehr steif mit keinerlei beweglichen Teilen, was die Ohrmuschen angeht. Es fängt relativ schnell an unangenehm auf dem Ohr zu drücken.- die Aussage, dass das Mikrofon Noise-Cancelling Eigenschaften hätte. Das ist in meinem Fall einfach gelogen. Es wird die komplette Umgebung bei dem Gespräch übertragen. Selbst das Tippen auf der Tastatur wird von dem Gesprächsteilnehmer klar und deutlich gehört.Fazit: Ich gebe 2 Sterne, da die Tonqualität passt, aber es nicht wirklich bequem auf Dauer sitzt und bei mir kein Noise-Cancelling stattfindet.GrüßeTS

Ich kaufte das Headset zur Erleichterung meiner Arbeit.Angeschlossen an einem Fritz!Fon C5 klappt es sehr gut. Meine Kunden und Lieferanten verstehen mich und ich sie. Dass das Headset keine eigene Lautstärkenregelung hat, stört mich überhaupt nicht. Dafür liegt das Telefon in Reichweite und ich bin in der Lage dazu, dort eine Taste zu drücken.Fazit: In Kombination mit dem Fritz!Fon C5 sehr zu empfehlen.

Nachdem ich die Seite des Gesprächspartners kennengelernt habe, muss ich die Rezension deutlich nach unten korrigieren:Für den Träger gilt nach wie vor die positive Aussage dass das Headset bequem sitzt und gute Akustik für den Träger bietet. Außerdem scheint es solide verarbeitet zu sein.Der Nachteil liegt auf der Seite des Gesprächspartners, das Mikrofon ist nicht fokussiert sondern überträgt alle Umgebungsgeräusche. Das kann für den Gesprächspartner sehr unangenehm
