Love the brand
4th product from Urbanears I have, first In-ear. It takes a few days to get use to it, after that they are very comfortable.

Extremely uncomfy
It's possible I have small ears, but these are extremely uncomfortable after wearing these for more than 15 minutes. Last night I wore them for an hour and my ears were in extreme pain the rest of the night. The earbud is just too big.

Came used
I received a pair of already opened and possibly used headphones. Came tangled in the box and missing the spare rubber ears tips (which many users say fall off easily so it’s necessary to have the spares). No idea if sound quality is good or not as I will not put used earbuds in my ears.

Just thrown in box
These came just thrown in the box, similar to other reviews. They do not look as if they have been used (the actual headphones themselves do not look like they’ve been in someone’s ears) but not a good look. Concerning.
