Organic Valley Fuel Vanilla 11 Fl Oz (Pack of 12)

I can't eat solid food for breakfast so I've always relied on protein drinks to start the day. I was so happy to find the 26g protein formulation last year and have been drinking it every morning. It was perfect. The new formula has less protein, less sugar, and fewer calories. This is a meal replacement for me, so more calories per dollar is better. 26g of organic sugar was perfectly fine. As others have noted, this 'organic' drink now uses an artificial sweetener, which does not taste nearly as good as the original. This is by every measure a worse product. I'm guessing this is only the beginning of loyal customer backlash. AT LEAST offer both drinks in parallel and let your customers decide which they would rather buy.

I absolutely LOVED the OLD formulation. It was by far the best tasting, high protein drink on the market and something I enjoyed at work as a breakfast supplement. The NEW formulation lost 6g of protein but worse, created a very bitter lingering aftertaste that is attributed to the sterol glycoside artificial sweetener (aka Stevia). While recognized as "safe" by the FDA, these glycosides are separated and purified from the Stevia plant using ethanol or methanol as the solvent and have NO PLACE in an ostensibly "organic" product such as this one. Remember, cyclamate, saccharin, and aspartame were once considered "safe" and Stevia simply hasn't been on the market long enough to fully understand the long-term health consequences of the product. BRING BACK THE CANE SUGAR PLEASE!!

Really disappointed that i ordered the old formula but was sent the new. Relied on the old formula for years! New formula has LESS protein and fewer calories! If I wanted a diet shake, there are a million choices. I relied on this because it WASN’T a diet shake.Please bring the old formula back.

Changed formula. Adding Stevia was a mistake. It’s disgusting now with an awful aftertaste.

My only Negative is the price, But I understand sometimes the best is the best because they source expensive ingredients and actually pay American workers a decent wage. I buy this by the 12 pack for 39.99 once or twice a month from amazon. It has literally saved my muscles (life) from severe damage by giving me protein and vitamins and minerals when I was on a liquid only diet due to health issues. I have tried over 25 "protein" drinks and this is the best. It has hurt my wallet a little bit because of the price but I am giving 5 stars because sometimes it feels good to use the best and buy the best. Thanks so much for having this product and for providing it with basically free overnight shipping when buy the 12 pack on Amazon. It has truly been a lifesaver for myself and the added full feeling and long lasting energy boost has allowed me to continue working my job normally even with my medical issues.

Will move on to another brand. So disappointed.

So glad I chose this product!!! The taste is great The Protein is exactly what I needed. I will return for more. I am allergic to all fake sugars, it is poison to me. To find a healthy alternative protein source with out Stevia or Splenda was my goal. This is it, I am hooked for life

Big fan of Organic Valley products in general, and was happy to find their Organic Fuel protein drink in a new 12-pack form on Amazon. The 4-pack sold on Amazon is an absolute ripoff when you can buy single containers at Whole Foods or other supermarkets for $3.99 each or less.I absolutely love the new Organic Fuel. Short ingredients list, real sugar, NO STEVIA (which gives me headaches, and has a horrible aftertaste), keeps me full. Organic Valley, if you're listening, please remove stevia from your Organic Balance line of products.I personally drink Organic Fuel after a workout. I also buy it for my grandmother, who is suffering from cancer and needs a high protein, refreshing tasting protein supplement. I used to buy Orgain, but much preferred the taste and ingredients list of Organic Fuel. Organic Valley just needs to sell the vanilla flavored Organic Fuel in a 12-pack now. It's a great product from a name brand that I can trust and have relied on for years.
