This pulled my hair out
This will straighten the hair well but there are several things I don't like. First, no matter how much I brushed my hair, it still would pull out several strands in every section. It litterally pulled the hair out. Second, the opening isn't wide enough to put your fingers through while holding your hair. Third, this won't work well on short hair. It wouldn't streighten my bangs at all. And fourth, the steam doesn't always come out. Overall, pay a little more money on a better quality product. I returned mine.

Wish it worked properly and came with all the stuff like advertised!
Straightened my hair drecently. But the steamer did not work. It puffed for a second and it was done. Also, it is advertised as coming with a comb, clip, bottle, and manual. All that was in my box was the straightener and a paper of a quick "how to" written in broken English. Sent back for a refund. :(

Junk! Mine arrived unprofessionally packed. Almost like it may have been used before .. the steam didn’t work so I sent it back.

I did not like this product
I did not like this product. The steam refused to stay on no matter how many times I refilled the water holder. I've returned the product.
