I bought one to see if it would help me as a side sleeper who has been waking up with a sore neck and found this pillow to cure that within days . It’s soft but firm holding it shape well with its own cover which I’m sure will help durability. At its price it is excellent and I ended up buying 3 for family members all of whom have commented on much better sleep as a result of changing pillows

Initially I was disappointed that I didn't feel cured after one night, and for a few nights it was hard for my neck to get used to a new pillow. But after a couple of days I can tell my neck pain is significantly reduced, my posture is better, and I even feel a reduction in my neck hump which has been very stubborn for years! This is a very comfy pillow and I'm happy with how it's working so far. Personally I find the 'medium' support quite firm so I wouldn't get the 'firm' one if you like quite a soft pillow.

Love the pillow - it's a great shape and a most definite step up in comfort to hollow fibre ones I have had before be it soft or firm. I would perhaps want one firmer still but thats a personal preference and doesnt prevent me from recommending this product

The pillow form is good, however it compresses to be rather thin for my needs. As I side sleeper I could really do with a firmer pillow, particularly along the top and bottom edges to better support my neck to a neutral position.

Bought this pillow when I experienced a pinched nerve in my neck - it's very supportive and the contoured shape positions your neck very well - I would recommend it..

When unpacked, the pillow remained in this bent state for a long time. Economy - of course, it is appropriate. But mankind has already invented vacuum bags, after which things do not spoil so much. The pillows straightened up and gained their size after two days. The stench of these pillows is incomparable. It's some kind of acrid chemical smell. 20 days have passed since the purchase - the stench has not gone anywhere, but it has become lighter. But still - he is. It stinks so much that you have to ventilate the room. High-quality outer coating, but not at all high-quality inner shell. Foam pillows are the most comfortable and we have been using them for several years.

I initially wrote a review saying this pillow was completely flat upon arrival with no shape, but over the next hour or so it puffed out into the correct shape. I’m currently sleeping in a very soft bed which killed my neck and shoulders and this pillow was honestly a life saver. The pained lessened a lot and is almost gone. Looks nice and works well.Trying to take back last review if I can figure out where it is.. very happy with this purchase. Just know it will arrive completely flattened and take time to take its real shape.
