Very solid one piece wrist roller
This is one of the best wrist rollers I've seen. It's a one piece metal bar with knurled grips. No cheap cushioning like you see on others. The piece that holds the weights is plastic, but a solid plastic. It will do fine with any weights. Or, you can always buy a metal one. Typically, rollers don't usually come with the weight holder anyway, so it's a bonus. It's definitely worth the price.

Top Quality
I wasn’t expecting it to be so well made. I mean it is a simple product but there is alot of cheap ones out there. This has a very strong, sturdy feel. Comfortable non slip grip and the cord seems legit. Id recommend getting a plate with a 1 inch hole because thats a perfect fit. When i used my 2 inch plate it didnt fit as good

I am a stickler when it comes to my workout equipment. Have been working out for over 25 years, so I know a little bit about this stuff........I looked all over the internet for this type of product and almost pulled the trigger on a less expensive one until I stumbled upon this rascal....Hands down, this is best in class, for sure.Everything about it is built like a tank with the exception of the loading pin which others have already pointed out. having said that, It's still fine. Not the quality of the other components, but good enough to do what it is intended to do. If you are contemplating buying this, I would highly recommend it. It is on the pricier side, but it's well worth every dollar. I normally hang on to the packaging when I receive a new product to see how it will perform, but I immediately threw the packaging away once I unwrapped it and gave it a couple rolls.........Again, would 100% recommend this product!

Best Forearm Blaster in the Market
It is fantastic and well made. I use it for my tennis elbow as per my physiotherapist advise. It works with Olympic plates (with 2” hole) or plates with 1” hole. It is the best workout to strengthen your forearm muscles. I like it so much that I also ordered GD grip adjustable hand gripper.

A very high quality wrist roller. . .except for one thing. . .
I've been a weightlifter for nearly 35 years. . .so I have a bit of experience with different gadgets--wrist rollers included. Many years ago when I was a youngster, I simply made my own wrist roller: cut a two inch cylindrical piece of wood to the desired length and then drilled a hole in the center; attach a thin rope, and I was set to go. . .all set for a multitude of blisters, that is. It did serve its purpose, but at a cost. After years of enduring blisters from my makeshift wrist rollers, I decided to buy a manufactured one, one made out of metal. I've owned several of these, and I can honestly say most of them didn't impress me much. They all seemed to be lacking and cheap in various ways, so I rarely used them.By chance, when browsing, I happened to come across this one. It is rather expensive. . .but from the description and the 100% positive reviews, I wanted to give it a try. I just love high quality weightlifting equipment, so I ordered it.Upon arrival, I was very impressed with how it was packaged. Came in a nice box and was wrapped many times over with protective wrapping. All my other previously purchased wrist rollers came in a plastic bag--if that even--and with no protective wrapping. Once I removed all the packaging, I have to say, I was equally impressed with the bar itself. For a wrist roller, it's the best I've seen. It has good heft to it (almost 2 lbs), nice and aggressive knurling (essential for wrist work), good length for various grips (a tad over 17.5 inches), a thicker diameter (almost 1.5 inches) and two very strong paracord lines. The stainless steel carabiner is also a plus. And if any of you are wondering. . .yes, the bar is hollow, but it still feels well made. And as for the total height of the wrist roller when completely unwound, from top of the bar to the bottom of the of the loading pin, it is about 51 inches (1.5 inches for the bar, 41 for the rope, 2 for the carabiner and 6.5 for the loading pin). With all that said about the positives, though. . .there is one thing that spoiled my enthusiasm; and that is the loading pin itself: it's plastic. . .and hollow at that. I just don't understand. If you make such a high quality item such as this, why degrade it with a cheap piece? My lesser wrist rollers came with a much more durable loading than this one (were metal). For the amount of weight a person will use with this, though, it probably won't break. Nevertheless, I don't know about the rest of you, but I don't like anything plastic when it comes to weight lifting equipment--minus a few exceptions, like lock jaw collars.**Side note** If you are confused by the stating of two different tensile strengths, 550 lbs and 30 kg: the 550 lbs refers to the paracord strength. . .while the 30 kg, which is equivalent to 66 lbs, refers to the strength of the loading pin. That 66 lb tensile limit of the loading pin is an indication of how cheap it is.**Another thing about the plastic loading pin that I am not all that pleased with is that is is very narrow at the bottom, about 6 cm or approximately 2 and 3/8 inches, so using Olympic plates will not work the best. It is doable, but awkward. It appears the loading pin is made more for standard 1 inch holed plates than the Olympic ones. But if you do happen to use Olympic plates, since the loading pin is so narrow (1 inch post and less than 2.5 inch base) and that the base isn't perfectly flat all the way to the edges, curves downward, any Olympic weight plate used will slide off to the side and become lopsided. I solved that issue mostly by putting a small, standard weight plate (1.25 lbs) on the bottom of the loading pin to widen the base, which then keeps the Olympic plates more balanced and thus helps prevent the Olympic weight from sliding to one side (see photo). In all, this is decent roller, and probably the best I've ever owned. I am impressed with it, mostly. But because of the cheap, plastic loading pin, I must degrade the rating by one: 4 stars.

Great wrist roller
I have tried several wrist rollers over the years, and this is by far the best! The grips are just perfect, and can be used either with or without gloves. The thickness of the bar is nice as well, and I definitely find that between the grip and the thickness, I can use more weight with this roller than others. This roller does a great job of working both the top and the bottom of the forearm. Finally, I use hanging straps to suspend my roller, so that I can completely isolate the forearms. The polished chrome finish is great, because it allows smooth rotation in the straps.Pros: Great grips, bar thickness, chromed polishCons: Have to flip roller in order to do rotations in both directions. Rolling away works the top of the forearms, rolling toward you works the bottom.

Quality product
This is a quality product. The aluminum tube is light in weight, so your arms don't get tired, but sturdy and a good diameter. The knurling provides excellent grip without discomfort or undue wear and tear. The doubled cord keeps the weight centered. I highly recommend it.

Definitely recommend!
Great Wrist Roller! Definitely recommend this one. Very comfortable and stable grip, as opposed to some of the other ones that have the rubber handles on them and slip off eventually. No grip tape needed for this one. Seems pretty durable so far and appears to be able to handle heavy loads without having the carabiner snap on you in mid air (this happened with my last one!) Has a thicker handle than most other wrist rollers so your forearms are even more fried after using this one. Only thing that wasn’t ideal the super small loading pin that came with it. Thankfully, I had a couple of other larger ones. Can’t go wrong with this at all.

Impressive bar
The workmanship of knurling and light weight of the bar is a very nice feel. The winding V cords work well but you would have to wind up with no rotation for the cords to meet in the middle each time but it still works well. The plastic weight holder I find totally adequate for the few kgs I hang. It is a very effective device which really gives an unpleasant muscle burn.

Tip: Socken ueber die Griffe / Put socks over the handles
English:I put socks over the handles. With just the pure metal, it was chafing my hands raw which was too painful to train. With socks over the handles, it is perfect. With plastic wrist rollers, I start losing grip when my hands start to sweat. The build quality is premium. I use this every day and I like using it. For me, it is a great tool to get better grip strength for the gym and to fight the tendinopathy in my hands.

Works really well to grow your forearm
Attempting to keep your arms as strait as can be way out in front of you, the burn becomes intense, but in a good way. I have taken this to the extreme and use it constantly and i feel no lasting pain at all and can see the results easily. My forearm veins pop out way more now which must be a good thing
