The inside could have been a little wider seems like it’s made more for dudes with little shoulders but it works

Poor Design
The part that is supposed to snap onto the bar does not fit a standard bar. This makes it very difficult to use. It is also uncomfortable.

It does not hold into the Olympic bar , seems to me that requires some friction , like a pattern surface

He says that you have to get used to it but with time it does works better than the foam ones
I got this for my brother who lifts. He was complaining about the foam pads that they have at his gym. They are too soft and don’t help at all, so I thought a plastic/silicone one will be stronger and the shape is made to fit the barbell and the protect the neck. He says that you have to get used to it but with time it does works better than the foam ones.
