I have been taking these vitamins for over 2 months, and they are miraculous. Not only do they taste like the exotic flavor of a mango, they also improve how I feel each day. The amount of nutrients (or lack of nutrients) we get in both our food and drinks each day, have a direct impact on our mental health. Your mental health depends on your gut health. If you aren’t getting the nutrients you need, your gut can’t give your brain energy. Lack of energy in the brain will cause fatigue, brain fog, and from personal experience, more negative emotions. Since taking these vitamins, I have more energy, can think clearer, and overall feel better physically and mentally. However, on days I skip the vitamins I am in a worse mood, I become more tired and am not working at my full potential. I find these vitamins incredibly helpful and they taste so good it’s hard to not want to drink more than a capful! Usually vitamin drinks have a foul taste and smell, however, in this case they taste and smell delicious. Why wouldn’t you want to drink vitamins that help your physical and mental health, but also taste so good? The only downfall of this product is that you’re only supposed to drink the capful! I love these vitamins and after I finish this bottle I will happily buy more.
