Husband needed new bands as he continues working on the exercises from PT. This roll allows him to cut to desired length and can periodically replace them.

I have bought this product several times. I cut the roll into 5' lengths (yields about 30 bands). These Therabands last about 2 years before I have to replace them. They get a lot of use.

I use this stuff for physical therapy exercises for my shoulder. I think it is about the right tension for that. But the exercises—which I do every time I lift weights—involves looping about 5-6 feet of it around a doorknob, then closing the d door and pulling. That tends to abrade the band so that it inevitably snaps. I can tie it together a couple of times, but eventually, I have to cut another piece. It’s a lot less expensive to get a big roll.
