States that it comes with Locking cable which was not included in my packaging. Main purpose for my purchasing a cover was to make it a little difficult for a thief to get the cover off. Without locking cable two clips and ITS OFF. Will have to purchase this cable. Another heads up is no direction or labels showing the front or back of the cover.
