The batteries arrived with full charge and fit in the Cobra radios just fine, but they wouldn't charge. Examination proved that there was voltage at the end of the batteries, 4.8V, but NO voltage at the two charging tabs on the back of the batteries. This resulted in batteries that won't charge in the radio charger, and I returned the batteries to Amazon. I ordered another set and hope this issue is a one-off.

Works with Flex-IT Tens unit. But you have to cut off a small plastic nub that will keep it from making electrical contact. See before and after pics!

As the battery was advertised as a replacement for the Cobra FA-BP, I thought it should fit the Cobra MT300 series radios though they were not listed in the compatibility info provided. Turns out to be an almost perfect fit, no modifications needed. The downside is the battery would not take a charge in the Cobra charging cradle when installed in the radio, but it did charge just fine when inserted as battery only in the cradle. Not sure if this is a failure of the contact pins on the radio battery cover or something in the charger contact fingers. Too early to comment on battery life yet. If they hold up, they will be a darn good value at 1/3 the cost of the replacement battery that was offered by Cobra.

Still working strong and holding the charge for full usage.

I bought these to replace dead batteries in a set of Cobra FRS radios. They returned the units to normal functioning and provide all day power. The price was excellent!

One of the problems with batteries is getting the wrong one due to the wrong description. These were exactly as advertised, right product, great price.

Just went on a 4000 mile trip with two other friends and we used these with 3 cobra radios on travel days during our 25 day trip and they worked all the time which gave us instant communication between all 3 rigs.

New batteries just what we needed as old ones wouldn't hold a charge! :)
