How to use The decal has THREE layers: the bottom layer is the backing paper, the middle layer is the actual decal and the top layer is the transparent transfer sheet. Applying is very simple, just follow those steps: 1. Clean the surface where you intend to apply the decal. 2. Remove the backing paper, so you are left holding the transfer sheet and the vinyl decal. 3. Apply the decal to the surface. Using a credit card or a squeeze, start applying pressure to the decal, so it sticks well. 4. Gently, start peeling off the transfer sheet. If the decal starts to come off with the transfer sheet, lay it back down, and apply some more pressure.
