Product came before promised delivery date that was awesome, it was easy to unboxDislike pre-assembled not complete and or some pieces had to be put back on and or tightened up. Bike makes a very loud rattling noise.. not just the motorcycle like engine sound, but a noise that we c a not determine where it is coming from. I had to have my nephew tighten the handle bars on one side and replace the screw because it was stripped and the tightened provided would not work. From time to time it cuts off without warning while he is riding even when full of gas. Foot grip is cracked and it came lile that.** update 07/20/2020 bike will not stay running, even after checking all fluids and cables. Handle bars continue to be loose and have to be retughtebed every few days or so. We paid alot of money for this purchase and my expectation was regular maintenance, buy this is above and beyond regular maintenance. The bike has been ridden maybe 15 hours and 9 out of those 15 hours it has had problems.

11 year old, 5'2" Grandson loves this Motorcycle! Rides well in the parking lot of empty shopping mall. Dirt, not so much. And its no good for jumping curbs, just sayin'. He thinks he goes 90 MPH and has hours of fun driving through water puddles and speeding down the alley way. Encourage riders to wear DOT approved helmet and chest protector, as this motorcycle really zips along for him. Straight out of the box, ready to ride and fun. Not sorry I purchased this Ninja. Thx
