should have gone with the tempered glass screen replacement. the film is not worth the price. #1 best selling for 1 star is true. hard to install as it sticks like crazy glue. film easy to get air bubbles in it. this...is definitely a business loss. a waste of our resources to make products like this that belongs in the recycle bin and not even sold to consumers. unless you are a professional screen installer that likes a challenge. stay way from this product. else you may go into phone rage mode.[update 5/19/2021]so i left my phone in the car on a busy sunny day, to my surprised the air bubbles and minor dents on the film was gone. seems like the film self-healed. i have had such a product in the past but not with ZAGG. most new model phones have a temperature sensor that would shutdown the device when it detects overheating. the note8/iphoneX does that pretty well. try it at your own risk.

Previous before I installed screen protector on Note 8 I had Zagg tempered glass screen protector which was very good. Work for 2 and 1/2 years before I accidentally cracked it and I called them they said they don't make it anymore I bought these for me and for my wife they are horrible bubbles and clarity it sucks. You have better luck with Ziplock bag

This us horrible. False advertising I feel. In the pictures it shows a curved glass screen protector with black edges at the top and bottom. That is NOT what I received. It is not glass or curved, not black edges as in pictures advertised. I decided to go a head and use it because the glass screen protector I had shuddered a week ago and I needed something on it now. Some protection anyway. This is NOT easy to install, the air bubbles are unbelievable. There are so many I don't know where to start pushing them out. I followed the directions to a T and still a good 20 plus bubbles. I pushed as many out as i possibly could. It states that minor bubbles will disappear on their own. Well see. Never again.

Purchased one when I purchased new phone, around Sept. 2018. Stayed on well. Dropped phone in fall of 2020 and the protector shattered, but no damage to phone screen. Tried a couple of other ones, but would not stay on phone and lost most of sensitivity of screen. Search on Zagg showed one on Amazon, so I went for it. Price is higher than many others, but it works much better. Installation wasn't the easiest and instructions could be better. Didn't get all of the bubbles out, but they don't show up when phone is on.

While placing it on my phone the outer layer did not separate from the screen protector, pulled up with it and left smudges. Upon trying to return it, I discovered you have to pay for shipping. Shipping is almost half the cost of the item. What happened to warranties from companies that actually stood behind the product. So if you want to take a chance on this, and don't mind paying for a warranty this is a good quality screen, but not recommended for the note series as the pen sticks to the almost rubbery screen.***Update, increased from 1 star to 3 stars after contacting the company and they gave me a code for free shipping. Needless to say I am required to ship the old item back, which it seems they could simply ask for a digital receipt. The product is not great for the Note and that is why I cannot give it more than 3 stars.

I used this product for my note 8. My son put it on for me cause he's the pro at putting these things on and never has trouble doing it. However, with this particular one, he did have some trouble smoothing the bubbles out. My entire screen looked horrible with all these air bubbles that would not come out! Therefore, I returned it.

Crap. I've used a lot of zagg in the past with good results. I couldn't get the edges to stay down to save my life. I tried a hairdryer, screen was super clean, it wouldn't stay. Going back to tempered glass. Do yourself a favor, it's a thousand dollar phone, buy a better screen protector

I had used Zagg protectors on three previous phones and was very satisfied. This order was for a Samsung Note 8 and had several problems. 1. the "invisible" shield has a strong yellow tint and totally distorts the normally great colors on my Note 8 phone; 2. The installation was difficult and nothing like the 2 YouTube demos I watched; 3; The protector had no cutout for the top where the speaker and selfie camera are located; 4. After a week, the protector is scratched and starting to detach from the phone, This was a very poor product from a company I had always satisfied with the previous products I bought from them. YELLOW tint....unbelievable.

Hate glass screen protectors, so these are the best in my opinion. More expensive but last a long time and no lag on the screens. Wish I could find these for my Note10+.

Garbage. Almost impossible to apply without getting dust under the screen. Then when you try to remove the dust from the protector it basically ruins it. Going to try my luck with a tempered glass protector or just stop the insanity and use my note 8 without one.
