This thing rocks.I purchased it for easy, minimal touch, clean water access during a camping trip and have used it at home ever since.It's not that loud, as other commenters have mentioned. Maybe as loud as a microwave when it's running? The touch button is responsive and it does a great job creating a steady stream of water. I had no issues with the spout or tubing. Perfect for up to 4 or 5 gallon jugs.My only "con" is that it doesn't really screw on to our bottles that well. It doesn't bother me at all, as it sits well on top. It shouldn't really a big deal for most people.
