This phone is ideal for elderly. Big buttons can be easily seen and pressed. Great for storing numbers and sos number allocated on back of phone which will ring out and if you dont answer will then send a text automatically!

Great for elderly people as it’s chunky, one star off as it’s a bit too easy for them to turn volume down on side of phone

Bought for my wife the large letters on keys great and they light up. But reading text on screen was impossible for her as it was too small.

Purchased this for my grandad who needed a new phone. Perfect big and clear number/letter keys for him to see, he was chuffed with it. Works perfectly fine and was easy to set up. I love that it has an SOS button on it which he can press and it will call the emergency contacts you set up.

I thought it was perfect for my disabled brother but he just did not want it. I think it is a good phone but manager of care home returned it...I didn't get refunded.

This is great for my parents so I bought two. It is very basic but does have a torch and radio which they love. I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay ok contact with a relative who is not tech savvy. There is also an sos button on the back which can be pressed and any number you store in the phone book can be assigned to it. If for any reason the person is unable to call you that touch it a button will ring you direct. It is not easy to lean on as you have to physically press it so no unwanted panics. It is great all round.

Purchased for my 90 year old mum. Easy to use and setup. Great sos button that automatically dials a saved number. Very happy with this phone.
