I bought this due to all of the positive reviews about helping you remain upright/keeping your spine straight. It really does help you to stay upright, spine straight without any effort on your part . You just sit comfortably and the seat straightens your posture. It also keeps the pressure off feet/ legs that you would have if you just sat on the floor, on a flat mat etc. I don’t have to reposition at all to get comfortable. It just is. This is the best meditation seat I have tried thus far.It also looks good, great quality and I love the dove grey color. Was pricy but totally worth it. How much would you pay for peace of mind? When you consider this, it doesn’t seem so expensive.

This meditation chair is so comfortable. I have pain in my hips and have always found I could sit on cushions for only so long. This chair is so ergonomic, your knees are below your hips so you don’t get numbnesss and tingling. Now I have no excuse not to meditate. It even looks beautiful

This is the most comfortable sit I’ve ever had. Remarkable. It’s light enough to move around but not really portable. That’s cool in my book but it should be noted. 10/10 for comfort, no notes.

I love this seat. easy to move about, beautiful fabric, although more gray than what it looks in the picture. SO comfortable, no pressure on the feet of ankles, hip flexors at a comfortable angle an perfect support of the sacral and lumbar area,. Highly recommend.

I tried the Alexia meditation seat out at my friend's home. Wonderful to sit on it. It gave me great comfort for quiet and deep meditation. Unfortunately, the seat that arrived did not have the color, nor the fabric quality it shows in the Amazon store. I was so disappointed when I opened the box and saw it.

Just know that this is not a travel seat or super mobile. It's light enough to move around but it is a bulky seat. I love it and my posture while sitting in it. Very comfortable.

This was a gift to a friend of mine. She loves it. She stated that it is very comfortable Comfortable. And easy on her knees

Perfect. Makes the body "disappear" during meditation due to it's comfort, but not too comfortable to encourage sleep.
