I like the rich lather, minty scent, and the cooling sensation that is felt on the scalp.What I dislike about this product is that the scrub particles tends to be a little abrasive on the hair.To best use this product, especially for those with oilier hair and scalps and/or finer (straight(er) hair textures; I recommend just solely adding water to produce a rich lather.For those of us like myself who have dryer, coarser, thicker, and /or tight(er) curled hair; I would just recommend not only just adding water but also adding some natural and /or nut based oils to it such as: olive, walnut, castor, vitamin e, almond oils, and so forth.It's best to primarily just concentrate on scrubbing the scalp; and not on the hair. The best way to wash the hair is to just the shampoo that's being rinsed off just touch the hair. No need to really scrub and rub it onto your hair directly. Doing so might cause extreme dryness and breakage; especially for more highly textured hair types.

This is my favorite exfoliating scrub, I know it says for hair but I use it for my face. It is very gentle on my skin while it gets rid of the impurities, it feels great on the skin and the peppermint smell makes you feel like you are on vacation. I just make sure to stay away from my eyes. The price is also great compared to other retail stores.

I struggled for years with an itchy scalp. My scalp felt sore all the time and had a slight smell to it. I tried every shampoo that I could get my hands on and this is the first product I have found to finally make my scalp feel healthy. My hair is long and somewhat thick, and this product can be difficult to work into the scalp. I just mix it with my shampoo that way I get a good lather.

I use this when it feels like I have product build up on my hair. It helps my hair. I also use it as a scalp scrub. That feels great.

my stylist used this product on me when she noticed my scalp was dry. I knew I had to get it! it's a little pricey by my standards, but totally worth it. easy to use, leaves your head with a lovely tingling sensation, and - most importantly - clarifies like a mother. 10/10, please never stop making lowkey.

I never knew how much I needed a scalp scrub until I tried this. I love using this on a weekly basis before doing my hair mask. It gives me a clean feeling without leaving my hair too dry. I've tried other scrubs but this one is by far the best!

Trying to help my thinning hair...exfoliating my scalp. It’s only been a month or so. I do like the conditioners that go with it. Peppermint smell. But it doesn’t stick around.
