As a result I’ve updated my review to 3stars) I’ve been in the lifting world for over 15 years and hold multiple lifting records. Having the right gear is important to protecting my body during very heavy lifts and these sleeve DID not hold up. I’ve had them now for 3 or 4 months and I feel zero compression. I got a size smaller and even so, they feel stretched and unsupportive after such a short period of time. For the cost, I expected more but I will be going back to SBD or very similar. Irritated I cannot get my money back. If you move decent amount of heavy weights then these will not cut it.

My knees are not the best but I love the feel of these Knee Sleeves. They are comfortable and I can get through all of my exercises without pain and discomfort!

These knee sleeves worked really well for me and provided substantial comfort and support; however, I am unsure as to whether or not the durability makes this product worth buying. I bought these knee sleeves close to 6 months ago, but I didn't start using them till more recently. While I was at the gym the other day getting ready to squat, I noticed the material in the knee sleeves had split from top to bottom. I tried them on to see how they felt, and it was noticeably loose. Don't get me wrong they still provide support, just one gives more support than the other now. It is unfortunate that I bought these knee sleeves 6 months ago because I only wore them roughly 10 times before tearing.Additional information-I bought a Size XL and my leg measurements fell within the listed size recommendation.

I just started using knee sleeves, even though I have been weightlifting for over 5 decades, and am a trainer too. I initially bought a "cheaper" pair and they were ok, but when I tried these for the first time today they were beyond good. In fact they were great. The heat, support, compression......fantastic. I did some very heavy leg presses and boy could I ever feel the difference. I am not saying they will allow you to lift more weight, but they will provide GREAT support when you do. They are difficult to get on & off, so I would suggest going online for some advice on getting them on/off. A must have for serious lifters, but definite overkill for weekend warriors and for non-serious lifters.

You feel the support when lifting heavy. I squat 405lbs with these & they help better than my old knee sleeves

Have used these for about two weeks now and the quality is amazing. They are pretty hard to get on but they provide great compression and warmth. I ordered true to size and would not recommend going down a size. Top Notch knee sleeve.

De lo mejor, si sirven, subí 10kg en mi sentadilla fácilmente

Son mis primeras rodilleras, hacen buena compresion, para atinar la talla, solo medi con una cinta la circunferencia de mi rodilla, en mi caso fueron 40cm, cuesta meterlas?, si, pero lo justo... comparadas con unas SBD que tiene alguien mas en el gym, son de calidad muy parecida, excelente producto.

Son mis primeras rodilleras y la verdad me encantaron, su uso llevo mi entrenamiento a otro nivel!

Llegaron en tiempo y forma, bien empaquetadas, son ideales para entrenar cómodamente si tienes problema con las rodillas, si que sean de tu talla para mayor comodidad :)
