Don't waste your money!
We bought a set of 2 cameras; one of them didn't work from the start and after several frustrating online chats with the company they sent a replacement camera. The other camera started out working okay and we got a couple of great wildlife photos, but it also took a ton of photos of nothing- after only a few days it had taken 100 photos and that's the max you get without buying a monthly or annual plan- we chose to buy the unlimited photos plan for $120 annual cost. Since then the camera basically stopped working! Then we received the replacement camera and that one started out the same way, captured a couple of deer photos and then a zillion photos of nothing so once again within a couple days it took the 100 photos max and we paid another $120 to get unlimited photos on that camera too. The second camera is within sight of our house--we have seen deer and a fox walk directly in front of the camera and even linger there for some time ---NO PHOTOS WERE TAKEN!!! We even walked in front of the camera and again no photos taken. Total waste of money. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Ok
Customer service is terrible. But once you get through warranty holds. Had issues with not transmitting couple bad cams. Sent me new ones within days of actually getting through. Key to getting through. Tell them your not trying to diagnose send me a new one. That seemed to be best approach otherwise they just keep telling you go through steps and wait 2 weeks. Over and over. Aside from that I own 3 all work as intended

Flex Dual-slim camera
So far so good. I have 6 of these and pictures are good, added long range antenna's They seem to have a little more range. They have been out for 8 months through rain, snow summer. From 10 degress to 85 and only problem so far was one filled with water after 3 weeks in snow and ice, it was fried. Batterie life as always depends on cell coverage and number of pictures taken. From 2 to 4 weeks on average. trying a Solar panel on one to see if it will extend batterie life.

Use caution when buying the Flex camera.
Do not waste your money on the Flex series camera. I have 16 Spypoint cameras, of which four are the Flex. Spypoint sent me a Flex right after they came out and it worked perfect for a while. Bought one more last year and it worked well. Bought two more. Right after that, the oldest quit (one from Spypoint) and would not turn one, The latest two worked for approximately two weeks then quit sending pictures. I can not get the cameras to reconnect even using a long range antenna in an area I know has a good signal for both Verizon and AT&T. If you desire Spypoint, buy the link micro. Have 12 of them and the only failure I have had is do to an animal ripping the long range antenna from the camera.
