Don't overdo it with this product. It really works great. I use one scoop to 33oz bottle of water and drink it throughout the day. Helps at curbing your appetite.

Wow, I got this product looking for weight loss options, and have yet to see if it works for that purpose.I have found that this product is quite an experience in itself. It seems to offer unexpected desensitization of the body-mind. I love the product, but I choose to use it very intentionally and respectfully, as it appears to be very potent. I shared my product with a friend who also seems to have had similar experiences with it.

I'm in my 40s, pre-meno, and despite eating mostly good, whole foods and a varying combination of indoor/outdoor biking, indoor/outdoor walking, running, Pilates, yoga, strength training, DAILY the weight is piling on and slow to drip off. A rest week or a cheat day could result in a ten-pound gain.It took a little over a week for this to start really affecting me. First, I dealt with a weeklong headache (which I typically never get), then as my body adjusted, I noticed that if I ate a large meal I felt beyond bloated, expanded to a painful magnitude. As in loose pants, leaning back in a chair, miserable. And it lasted the rest of the day/night. Thusly, I felt significantly less hungry. I have been a lifelong stress eater and I have a high-stress job, so this is when I detour from my normally healthy diet. Often times my stomach won't feel hungry but my brain thinks "you need to eat something good. Sugary, cheesy, get it in you, and plenty of it." However, because of the uncomfortable bloating I couldn't find that same temporary joy from bingeing.It was then that the mental knowledge that my bingeing was hurting me aligned with the physically reality that my bingeing is hurting me. Since this epiphany, I eat smaller portions, a quarter to a half what I would previously, and I feel full at lot faster. Even at that, I still begin to feel a little nauseous if I try to push past "full". Since the foods I normally eat are largely low calorie veggies, just in massive portions, I have had to switch to finding better ways to get adequate amounts of protein and calories. I was feeling uninterested and unable to eat after 600-900 calories per day and that's the opposite end of the pendulum, you know? I thought I had a pretty decent diet before, but this supplement has helped me to improve and refine it even further. I still get the occasional headache and I was having these weird, kinda sharp stomach pains. Then I realized, "Oh, that's a hunger pain, LOL". Also, I think it makes my urine red which is fun.I’m down ~9lbs in 3 weeks. I plan on buying more when my bag runs out and taking a 1 week break in between bags.

I use it in my coffee in the morning. It mixes fairly easily. The African Mango taken by itself, reduces my bloating and reduces my appetite. I don't snack as much.The dosage is v high compared to what was used in the clinical trials where people lost weight.I bought this and the Garcinia based on someone else's review, but we all process foods differently so combining it did not work for me. It had the opposite effect, it makes me hungry when combined with the African Mango.

On my product: the sealer did not seal properly; using a clip to close it. Powder: definitely need to get used to the flavor (swallow without tasting:) but the quality of the product: very good.

Not sure if this does what I got it for because it tastes like vomit regardless of what I add to it. Company basically said it may have been a like a bad batch. They totally took care of me. Although I won't buy this product again, I will continue buying from MicroIngredients.

Like the product a lot. Nicely ground and very easy to use. Price was reasonable.i will buy again. Works well in capsules or in a tincture.
