How does the anti hair wrap technology work? I have very long hair.

It doesn’t! Both my son and I have long hair and I spend more time cutting hair out the brush than I do cleaning the house!!

Very! I was thoroughly disgusted when I saw how much stuff was being hoovered up, clearly my last hoover was rubbish.

What height is the head of this hoover please? Im wondering if it will fit under my sofa which is lower than the one shown in the video/advert.

The head is 7.5 cm high and the black housing above the wheels is 10cm high when the hoover is horizontal ready to push under the sofa

Why is it 3.9 kg on Shark website and 7 kg here? Seems to be same model HZ500UK

I do not know what weight it is but these measurements you say are not correct. It is much lighter than that.
