I’ve had a muscle pain in my neck and shoulder for a few months for which I have had several massages, physiotherapy and I’m also finding yoga has helped immensely. I’ve still got a slight, stiffness and occasional spasm in the area, particularly after a long day working or gardening.I bought this massager after a friend let me try a similar device over Christmas which was very effective. I purchased this model after comparing several models on Amazon and have to say that so far I have found it to be very good. Despite its small size, it is powerful and I like the fact that by altering the speed and my position it delivers a really deep, powerful massage to just the right areas. The warming function is also very handy.The company dispatched the device quickly and it was a very good price. I’m hoping to get lots of use out of it over the next few months as part of my recovery regime and I’m very glad to have bought it. It will certainly pay for itself as it is a lot cheaper and easier to use than going to a masseur.

I can't believe how strong and effective this thing is. I sort of bought it on a whim as a lightning deal and expected it to be OK, but I'm so impressed. It's intense though - very deep tissue/rolfing style pressure - certainly not for more sensitive people. I just put it behind me on the couch and moved it around as needed to work on different areas. I'm slightly sore today but it will pulverize your back knots for sure! The only downside is needing to be near an outlet as it has to be plugged in and the cover that goes over it hides the buttons so you have to know where they are and can be a bit fiddly. Overall so worth the money!

Quite possibly the best thing ever invented. 5 stars only begins to describe this product!I think perhaps the most prominent thing I’d like to mention is that im 22 stone of Fuscle and when I place the massage cushion at the midpoint of my back and lay pretty much flat out on it on the sofa the mechanism in the cushion does not miss a beat! A very strong industrial feel for such a reasonably priced commercial product. I also love how it rotates clockwise for 60 seconds then anti-clockwise for 60 seconds for 20 minutes before auto shut off which is handy cos this thing has nearly nodded me off a couple of times lol.This is a corded device but the click and twist mains connection is a very sound one and no chance of disconnecting via a bit of movement or repositioning.Some people who have tried mine (and at least 4 so far have have ordered one, no probs Etekcity 😉🤣) like to place a regular sofa cushion between themselves and the device for a gentler massage, but I like to get a little deeper into the tissue so as it comes is fine with me but my point is that’s another choice you have that should suit all.A girl in the office who is a runner applied it to her hip, hamstring and calf so plenty of applications there!There is a heat option aswell but I’ve had no cause to use it yet I’m thinking roll on winter nights though lolJust a superb product! Superbly packaged too! This is the real deal folks and my advice is STOP WONDERING and JUST BUY IT.Thanks Etekcity I’m yours now.

Having tried a similar product at a demo in a store for a lot more money, I decided to look on Amazon. I chose this one due to the fact it has 4 rotating balls and 2 speed settings. I made the right choice. It gives the same results as the store demo model, especially on the fast speed, but has a gentler soothing action on the second speed. The demo model hurt my back and resulted in sore muscles for days - mind you, I did go back and try it several times, so probably overused it!! Perhaps the 4 balls gives a less harsh massage overall which I like - this is certainly pleasant to use and it still does get deep down into the muscle tissue. I did like the idea of the padded cushion in the 2 speed demo model, but ruled it out due to price. This has a similar function but without the padded cover. It does come with a material washable cover. Automatically on heating mode - lights up when heating on but can be switched off. The only negative comment - once the cover is on the controls are covered and a bit fiddly to use. Not enough to lose a star though.

the product seemed really well made to start with and I would have given it 5 stars. It did seem to help and overall I think it did. But a year on using it rigurously it completely deteriorated. One of the led's stopped working, the heating stopped working, the plastic pads wore through the protective covering and the protective net after that. I did eventually start using it for 4 hours at a time and it did overheat and cut out on me so I know I broke it even though it is well made. They do warn you not to use for more than half an hour at a time. By the end of using it I was in a ridiculous amount of pain but that pain dissapeared to less pain than before using it after a week. Whether it was the voltarol, tiger balm or hammer massager I started using instead I can't say. It might have helped but without the protective covering it is too painful to use. Even though I used it a lot I don't actually know if it helped with my injury, at least my injury is nearly healed by now. This massager can go in the bin, whether it helped or not. It did seem to to start with, recovery time just took too long in the end..
