Best of the "natural" sleeping pills.
If you want to drop off slowly and calmly, these are great. I'm not a poor sleeper but sometimes go through those periods where I find it difficult to nod off and stay asleep for a good 6 to 8 hours. I go to bed early because I have an early job. So sometimes I am in bed at 8 o'clock. My brain quite clearly doesn't want to go to bed so early and I seem to toss and turn and cat nap all night. But now, when I can "feel" that I can't naturally drop off, I get up and pop two of these. Half an hour later, you're off. And you can get a good night's sleep. Obviously if you are very stressed and have a lot on your mind, they won't work and you'll need the chemical ones. But just for regular, day-to-day problems and worries, these will do the job.I have to say that I do wake feeling a bit groggy with these but it passes quickly and then, because of the sleep you've had, you'll zip around like crackers mid-morning. They work for me and that's why I wrote this.

Gently effective
I find that just 1 tablet will get me a good 6 hours sleep and 2 will give me a slightly longer and deeper sleep.Tried chemical based tablets but these leave me feeling pretty awful in the morning.Hard to take some of the comments about the taste seriously which lasts all of 2 seconds even when swallowing 2 tablets.Certainly not addictive in my case and only use these 2 or 3 times a month to catch up on my sleep when necessary.

Great sleep, amazing dreams
These herbal sleep supplements really work. That's all you need to. now if you are looking for something to tip you into the Land of Nod. As an added bonus, they've given me some amazing dreams. I don't know why or how, but they do. I'm sometimes sent away overnight to such distant, heathen and uncomfortable places such as Leeds, London, Birmingham etc and no matter whether I'm billeted in a nice 4 star hotel or just a Travel Lodge, they all get their pillows from the same supplier who also supplies Wickes with bricks and rubble. Hence the need for something to help sleep, and these are they.

I bought this product because I was looking for an organic sleeping pill. They arrived quite quickly, however they smell like chalk and don't have a very pleasant taste. I took two of them the first night following the instructions on the box and they had no impact. The following night I took 3 and again there was not much impact.

Im 31yrs old.....I have 18 more herbal tablet left to finish the course. I take 2 table 30min before bed Mon-fri.I been having the most amazing DEEP sleep for the past 3 weeks. I don't remember the last time I have had deep sleep like this. I always use to be awake until 5am. Or my body will be asleep but my mind awake. It was really bad I was like a zombie during the day.Now I feel like a changed person, full of energy and life. And by 9pm my body starts to feel sleepy . I don't think I need the tablets anymore.the course is going well. And I feel I am cured of struggling to sleep.Tablet smell a tiny bit of herbalss. but it's down throat within a second.

These really work well
I've used these on and off for years, they really do work well and as herbal, no worries about harsh chemicals or becoming addictive (unless of course you have an addictive personality, then you may get addicted to anything).Good price, really do what they say on the packet.
