Bought as a replacement does what it needs to do

will last ages
The original lasted for years, about 10 actually. Eventually they will just break as the material must get brittle with age. It fits perfectly in the Bravillor Bonomat machine.

Excellent Service
The first one didn't arrive so contacted seller who immediately dispatched a replacement. Excellent response & would certainly recommend 'drinkstuff' as a supplier. The jug is a genuine Bravilor (unlike others received ion the past) & the office staff are happy to resume their Caffiene fueled days

These keep breaking
This is the second one now that has broken in the same way, with almost a perfect circular hole appearing in the curved section of the glass. The jug has not been dropped, suffered impact or left empty on the hot plate. I can only conclude it is a design fault with the glass not being thick enough to endure heat stress. I am not going to waste my money replacing these again. I'll probably buy the stainless steel ones instead. More expensive individually, but will work out cheaper in the long term.
