I've been using these for a number months and feel really good. At the end of last year I decided to try something else as a comparison. Over Xmas I had a really bad cold the first one all year. I then had another one nearly straight after. So I went back on these to see what happened and I felt much better straight away. It's now April and I haven't had a day of illness or missed any training sessions. Awesome.

I started using this product as I was having problematic skin. I was doing all the usual stuff for my skin on the out side, but realised maybe I need to cleanse from the inside too. I can honestly say it has really helped, I don't know the science to it but it has. It's Made me more energetic, refreshed and not so lethargic too. I would highly recommend this product.

The ingredients are complete for repairing the liver. I order milk thistle, black radish, garlic, turmeric, dandelion separate to supplement this for my husband's liver recovery. The quality seems good, to be honest I don't know how to rate that and we have not used this yet.

Good product, don’t know how much it helped my liver but I took this with my multivitamin everyday and felt good.

This is something I don't usually do 'feedback' but I just have to comment on how good I have been feeling since taking these. I have even got my grumpy husband taking them and it has given us both a new lease of life. We are early 50's and starting to feel it lately. We started taking these in the summer and have had repeat buys ever since. Both of us can really tell if and when we stop taking them. I have fibromyalgia and CFS which often leads to depression. I feel so much more alive and in the world since taking these. My husbands 'bad temper' and general grouchiness has lifted and we feel connected again. they do contain vitamin B but I take an extra B complex which also helps. If your thinking of trying them give them about 3 weeks and you will really notice a difference. Some say with immediate effect. I think it depends on how toxic your life style is. There are more toxins than alcohol, smoking and sugar in most modern living which we never see. Good luck you won't regret it.

This is the best supplement I have ever bought! So often when you try a new product you have to judge for yourself whether it is working or not but in this case I have the evidence of going from a poor liver function test to a completely normal liver function test and in only two months! Unfortunately my cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) went horribly wrong and I ended up having reconstruction surgery and a very compromised liver and all the health problems associated with that. Now the constant fatigue has improved, I've started to lose weight, my skin looks amazing and the constant pain in my liver area has gone. I've tried many liver supporting supplements but this is by far the best, highly recommended!Oh and it's in easy to take capsule form!

This is difficult to critique as the results are purely personal. I have a variety of raised liver enzymes & cholesterol which are mainly inherited but I take long term medication which can adversely affect liver function as well, so I wanted to see if this medication would help lower any of the readings. I had a routine full Liver Function Test & then started the capsules, I took them daily as instructed for a month. I had a repeat full LFT at the end of the month. There was no improvement at all in any of the aspects of the liver test results & one enzyme was slightly higher then previously. Incidentally, I looked up their website & contacted them by email with a question regarding my current medication & any possible contraindications with their capsules, but sadly didn't receive any response at all, not even acknowledgement of the email. So sadly in my case these tablets didn't do anything to improve my liver function so only 1 star for the outcome & the failure to respond to my email.

I purchased these because I have hormonal breakouts and I am currently taking DIM supplements and I was getting tummy upsets with DIM so I read that liver support tablets would help with this and I am very glad to say that they have. I have also found that the tablets have given me more energy and I feel better with them and they also have a lot of other vitamins in them which I was taking seperately. I just take these tablets now along with the DIM, so I have cut down dramatically on the daily vitamin pills I was taking. There is only a months supply in each bottle so it will be expensive, but while they are working I don't mind so much.
