Is this oil of the C3 low ash specification?

No - the label says A5/B5, not C3

will it ok for VW Polo 2012, and is it for petrol (fuel) car, please?

check the grade for your car i use it in my hyundai i10 1.2 and have done for 8 and a half years with no problem.

Is this a low saps / ash oil

not sure ,but i put it in my hyundai i10 each oil change in fact the oil and filter was changed today ,i find it a very good oil and my car runs very smooth and quiet on it. i think if you go on the spec for the oil it should may give you the answer sorry could not help.

Hi, your vehicle needs a low SAP C4 oil so the Shell Helix Ultra Professional AR-L 5w-30 Fully Synthetic Engine Oil would be the better option.
