York Fitness Black Heart Rate Monitor

Arrived on time and well packaged. It works exactly as described, easy to use, comfortable to wear. Have only had it just over a week but no problems so far, Very happy with my purchase. It is reasonably priced compared to others I have looked at.

Really good item but the plastic holding the strap broke days after it arriving. Everything worked really well and was excited to use it but on the way to the gym I looked down and it had cracked. Broken before I even got there. The plastic around the clock face which holds the strap had broken. Rather annoyed about it so I'll be returning it. Going to buy another monitor but one that looks a bit more robust

Very easy to use. Compact, light and the adjustable straps lets me put the sensor on my chest without any discomfort.The sensor is very accurate, I have checked my heart rate against the heart rate monitors you find on the treadmills or the standalone heart rate monitors you find at your gym and they are close. The only reason it's not 5 star is simply because the rest of the functions of the watch kinda get lost as you only have 2 buttons to navigate with and the primitive LCD screen doesn't tell you half the time what function you are using unless you have properly memorised the instruction manual. I mainly use this to measure my heart rate and it does the job.

After 6 months use on my weekly bike ride, a corner of the casing cracked allowing the watch to fall off. When examined, I found two of the other corners were also cracked so looks like a design / material issue. It had worked reasonably well up to that point and was simple to use compared to my previous Polar model. I also liked the fact that the battery in the chest strap was replaceable unlike the Polar. I contacted the seller, DYNAM1C twice by email via the Amazon system and have not had the courtesy of a reply, let alone an offer to take any action. To be fair though, Amazon have now agreed a full refund so I'm in the market for something rather more durable.

When I got mine in the post, the battery had died, I have changed the battery and works perfect. Very accurate...

and needs tiny cross head screwdriver to access battery - not ideal when you are on site in middle of fitness testing. otherwise a good basic product.

All round easy to use and very accurate a great tool to have for whatever reason you want to track your heart health

Had one of these in the past and you could change between the various functions so either the stopwatch was on screen or the heart rate or the time, now its all together and so much smaller. Preferred the older version
