Will it work on the icy blue soles on the Nike foamposites?

I'm not sure. It might alter the colour of the blue. It's very good at turning yellowed soles back to white. You could try it on a part of the shoe that's not easily seen. It needs bright .sunshine for several hours to work properly

No. You can use any ultraviolet light. If you check YouTube lots of the big trainer restorers use a tinfoil lined box with ultraviolet light (black light) like you get at a night club. But you do need the light in what ever form it is

Would this work on the marty mcfly dunk low blue translucent soles? they have turned green

It would definitely brighten them up. But seeing as they’re a speckled sole (if I’m thinking of the right shoe) is test on a small area first. Also, maybe use some tape to separate the coloured sole at the bottom just to be safe. I’m not sure if there is a bleach product of sorts in it. It definitely worked on my Air Force ones and some of my kids rifts so I can definitely recommend it for oxidised soles. Hope this helps
