O'Keeffe's Working Hands 80ml

This hand cream is amazing. Almost immediately my very dry hands with cracked finger tips and so sore were much less sore and the next day cracks healing up and skin texture improved. I garden often without gloves so I shall make sure that I am never without this stuff!

My hands were in a terrible state, with deep and painful cracks on the back of my fingers (poor circulation and gardening in the recent very cold weather. Received this product last Thursday, by Saturday hands noticeably improved, by Monday several cracks healing well, today is Tuesday, further improvement. Not greasy, absorbs well. Will be purchasing more to keep at the allotment.

It works well, although my hands need a lot of softening. Reasonably priced

I'm optimistic but I thought I'd give it a go....and it's the best hand cream I've come across, nice thick creamy texture, just a little bit goes along way. Yes it's expensive but pound for pound it is worth it in the long run, I work in hand soap environment,so hands are wet and dry loading card in to machines and getting wet in filling area constantly wet n dry . So the hands are always rough. But now after using this they are great.get some...

I used to be genuinely embarrassed about my hands. As a 35 year old they looked like they belonged to someone in their 70s thanks to psoriasis. But this stuff is just so good. My hands have never looked better and I don’t even have to think about it. It’s non-greasy, it actually works and I never want to be without it. My sister-in-law introduced me and I'm now hooked. I'd also recommend the lip balm as well. Great if you've got super sensitive skin like me!

Brilliant. My hands were cracked and bleeding but pain gone instantly and no more problem. I thought I had tried every cream, including stuff from the GP. Unscented and easily absorbed.

I sporadically suffered from dry hands, particularly in the winter months. After a few uses of this cream the improvement is noticeable and after regular use it really does make the skin go back to normal. As for that, couldn’t recommend more.
