Purrs STinkey Squirm Valerian Attachment - Fits PurrSuit, Frenzy & DaBird wand Cat Toys

Arrived today, Purrs Cat Toys I highly recommend. Before I'd opened the package the cats were onto the strange, stinky slinky. Never seen my eldest cat drool and play this way for a long time. The other 4 love it too. Very smelly and gets soaked in drool quickly, hilarious to watch. Excellent product, will definitely purchase again.Just wanted to comment further. My elderly cat who has been very withdrawn since moving house is much, much happier thanks to the Valerian infusion. We saw an improvement in a matter of days. Thank you Purrs Cat Toys! The latest one came with valerian in the pack so it can 'recharge' overnight. Doesn't bother me that it has a 'unique' fragrance. If my five cats are happy then so am I!.

Our cat went absolutely crazy for this even before it came out of its packaging! Interesting as catnip does nothing for her but she loves the valerian. As some people have said, the valerian does have a pretty strong distinctive smell but it doesn't bother me too much. I think you are supposed to re-seal the worm back in its bag with the valerian after every use so it gets re-infused with the smell.

My cat is one of those cats who doesn't respond to catnip. Valerian, however, she loves! This toy comes in a plastic packaging which has the dried valerian in it, so give the toy a little shake to get rid of excess flakes to avoid mess. We attach the toy to our Da Bird rod, or let her chew it separately for a few minutes. We "reseal" the pack with a bulldog clip when she's done with the toy to keep the stink in. Yes, valerian stinks. There is no getting away from that.

Wonderful item. I hadn't encountered valerian before - and boy does it pong so open a window. All three went dippy for it, virtually fighting over it at some points, but Rafa had the strongest reaction, rolling over and over with it clasped in his paws. As a piece de resistance he stole the cardboard casing and lay with it over his face, flat on his back, the little stoner. Comes with a sealable bag of valerian so you can re-pong it.

This Jet absolutely loved (still does) he's an indoor cat, so making sure he has plenty of fun and exercise is important. I however ended up exhausted he enjoys chasing it up and down stairs, and round every room in the house. He also sleeps really well at night, and no longer wakes me up to play "tag by torch-light" at 3am.

Fortunately does not have googlie eyes as these are dangerous for cats. Item not exactly as expected as does not bend as photo implies. If you haven't purchased a valerian item before be prepared for the horrible smell of cheesy feet. This isn't a negative review of item itself as this is well made, just be prepared for the smell. Some cats do like it though I cannot understand why.

I'd heard of valerian but as a sleep inducer. I didn't know it drove cats bonkers. When I first opened this I couldn't believe the smell! I don't know how to describe it but its pretty awful. The cats loved it though. I keep the Squirm in the plastic bag it arrived and in the freezer which seals in the flavour so to speak. I get the squirm out for my 2 cats every now and then to keep them interested and provide some enrichment.

Our young boy cat loves this. He went crazy drooling over it and licking it to death.I find the smell really overpowering unfortunately- it made me feel quite nauseous. Smells like really strong herbal sleeping tablets.
