Perfect for my purpose of holding and heating photographic glass plates over an open flame. I have very small hands and they fit! Very fine, stretchy and lightweight so no loss of dexterity. It's only the fingertips that have the protection and ideal for me. Never felt the heat, though I'm not using excessive flame underneath. It is one pair of gloves, but different colours. I don't know why there's one black glove and one white glove. Possibly to do with hairdressing (which I'm not doing)?Please please get more in!

Great pair of gloves for a great price. Thin enough so not bulky. Rubberised tips for good grip. They are not heat proof, they are heat resistant. You can feel heat through them but they stop you being burnt. They are not designed to let you grab hold of the hot appliance, they are for when you accidentally touch it. Happy with product.

These gloves are good, it means you can touch you hair straight after straightening that section without burning finger. I use it with the Apalus straightening brush to hold hair close into the brush while straightening. I haven't touched inside the brush or straighteners direct whilst using these so not sure exactly how high of a temperature they can protect from. I am also not sure why you get one black and one white, instead of a pair the same colour.

Bought these gloves to use with a hair styling iron. It gets very hot so burnt my fingers several times. These gloves are brilliant as I can use the iron and not get burnt. The glove is brilliant as I can use the iron with confidence. It is comfortable and heat resistant and doesn’t feel cumbersome. I gave one to my daughter.

Why provide one white and one black glove? Thought I would get either black or white pair - - not one of each!!Effectively stops burned fingers from curling tongs!

I bought these because I've been trying to learn how to curl my hair and my hand/fingers kept getting burned. Wow! The reinforced fingers are great for holding the curl near the barrel and the fact it's a glove and not one of those 3 finger things, ensures the odd slip doest burn my hand either. Great and really good value as 2 per pack. Both gloves can be worn on either left or right hand, again unlike some!

These gloves are very easy to wear and not bulky using curling tongs. giving the ends of the fingers good protection from the heat. I also like that they can be worn on either hand and not specifically for the right or left hand. I’ll definitely be purchasing another pair.

Considering the cheap price I think these are quite good. In my pack the black glove was much bigger than the white glove and was too big for me to use properly so I’ve just used the white glove. I use a Cloud Nine waver and it gets very very hot so I needed something to protect my clumsy hands. It’s definitely better than nothing but don’t expect it to completely heat proof your hands. You will still feel A LOT of heat if you touch the hot barrel of the curling wand. However it definitely does let you get closer to the wand and hold the hair for longer giving a better curl. Happy overall.

arrivato velocissimamente, fanno il loro lavoro. Sembrano un po piccolini i guanti ma, considerando che ho mani con lunghe dita affusolate, va comunque piu che bene. Il calore non si sente della piastra. Bene cosi, poi ne arrivano in coppia percui, chi ha il ferro classico dove devi mantenere la ciocca, è sicuramente comoda

Ces gants sont très bien pour leur utilisation avec des appareils chauffants, plus de brûlure de doigts ! Ils sont fins ce qui permet de faire un effet seconde peau et ce n'est pas gênant de les porter.Je recommande.

Muy buen artículo, aguantan el calor de las planchas y rizadoras de cabello (obvio por un tiempo moderado) , muy funcional.No son muy gruesos, en las puntas de los dedos tiene un material más grueso, son cómodos y te permiten manipular el cabello. Los recomiendo.
