Milani Illuminating Face Powder, Beauty's Touch

This is amazing. I bought it just because it was very pretty and reasonably priced. I assumed that it would give a bit of colour to my face. At my age, I don't use a great deal of make-up but I need some contouring because my face is fat. My complexion is very fair, white or gray and sallow on times with a ruddiness if I am hot or cold. Most peculiar and not nice at all.I use a weeny bit of moisturiser, followed 20 minutes later by a powder type foundation and then use a medium size Kabuki brush to apply this pretty illuminating powder and that is just the affect that it has. If I look in the mirror, I even feel healthy. Never experienced this subtle glow from other products, that are either to dark, too bright or too pale. A little darker powder then is nice for contouring. Very necessary with a face this size.

Love this blush. I'm very bad at putting on blush can never get it right, but with this one it's so easy. It's not overly bright and glides on easily meaning I don't get sudden bright blush blotches which I have to rub off with my hand. This blush is very buildable, but take care there's highlighting particles in there so can shine bit too much. It's not very intense colour, but perfect for my pale skin tone.

I have previously used a similar product that I have purchased from an expensive brand (£40), so I was looking for a cheaper alternative on Amazon once I finished it.. Milani Illuminating Face Powder is one of the well rated items on Amazon and is not expensive, so I decided to give it a go. It arrived quickly and was well packaged for post. I started using it right away on top of my foundation. It is an OK powder, makes your face slightly shiny, provides slight almost not visible pink shade to your face. I felt it's nothing special and would prefer something softer and more visible. When I recieved this product, I was really pleased with how pretty it looked. The rose shapes in the powder are very attractive and make the product look luxurious and expensive.For the modest price tag, I felt this item was very good quality. The shades in the powder are very flattering to a pale or medium skin tone and can be built up to allow for more colour, so this would probably look really good on darker skin too. You can guide your brush in the powder in order to create a lighter tone or a more pink tone.I was really impressed with this powder and I believe I will purchase again when mine runs out, although it seems like its going to last a good long while yet! It stays on reasonably well and lasts for most of the day which is always something I look for in make-up since I rarely reapply.I have applied this without having a foundation or primer on underneath and while it looks fine, it can be quite drying.

This gives you a lovely soft pinky glow with a soft sheen when light hits your face. I used it as eyeshadow, blusher and highlighter. If you want a natural fresh faced look and are all for the 'less is more' then this product is for you. It's not sparkly or in your face pink, very natural and looks fantastic over my foundation. Will be re buying this one!

The quality of this product was better than I was expecting. The powder is soft and pretty but not too overpowering which is great since I don't normally wear makeup and this could be use quickly and simple. The quality of the powder was fantastic, normally makeup powder would crack and dry up but this was a great product.

Wasn't sure when I first opened this. The colours do appear quite bright and I though I would end up with bright pink streaks. Not so, follow directions and it gives a lovely glow to your skin. I have also used it as a blusher by building the colour. Amazing value but then I love Milani products for price and quality.

I have other Milani products which I have loved. This too looked to be a winner, as I just love how pretty it looks. However, this has ended up in the 'redundant pile' :O. I'm afraid I genuinely cannot see it!! I even tried it in full light on the back of my hand to see if it was just my eyes, but all I could see was a few sparkles. Maybe I just got a dud?

Ich habe nun das 2. Mal dieses "Iluminating Face Power" bestellt (das heißt schon was), denn es ist für mich ein prima Blush.Ich bin sehr blass und habe im Herbst/Winter oft Probleme den Milani Blush (ich habe dolce pink und luminoso) richtig zu dosieren, weil diese doch stark pigmentiert sind.Das Iluminating Face Powder hat einen hellen, leicht kühlen rosa Ton und lässt sich sehr gut aufbauen. Es bring einen leichten "glow" auf die Wangen, besitzt aber zum Glück keinen groben Glitter und hält auch prima.Die Pressung ist eher weich, dadurch arbeitet sich das wirklich wunderschöne Rosenmuster leider verhältnismäßig schnell ab.Preis-Leistung finde ich hier sehr gut.

Moi j'ai adoré car je suis vraiment claire et ce highlight-blush donne un effet naturel et pas comme les autres blush,ca fait pas effet pot de peinture comme certains blush.je conseille fortement au gens qui sont claire de peau.

Don't waste your money

Très joli blush, pas extrêmement pigmenté mais très lumineux il peut faire office d'enlumineur sans problème. Je recommande ce produit.
