Great touch up vacuum!
This is a great tool to ADD to your collection. I dont recommend it as the primary vacuum unless you dont have pets. I bought this for quick touch ups between cleaning days. I live in a basement room of a shared house with my bird and two dogs. This vacuum does great with hair, dust and seed shells. It does not pick up whole seeds and often flings them backward. The canister is very small, I empty it every other time I use it in my 10x18' room. The battery life is reasonable, I charge it after 4 uses and it's been very consistent. It's also quieter than a regular vacuum, none of my animals seem worried about it. Its strong enough to vacuum my dog beds before washing the covers. The best part about this vacuum is how light it is. I have a lower back injury and, depending on the day, I may not feel up to schlepping our larger full size vacuum down a flight of stairs just to pick up some dog hair.Overall, I definitely recommend, however, I doubt many people could get away with just this item in the cleaning closet.

Plan on getting your hands dirty.
This vacuum had great suction and good time for being wireless. Considering the price, I tried overlooking the few flaws that it does have but, unfortunately, I was not able to.The first of which is that it's next to impossible to empty the cup without having to pull the dirt out with your hands and probably a butter knife. The only other problem I had (and this was the actual deal-breaker) was that whenever I attached the extension wand, I couldn't detach it. I found that to be extremely frustrating. I'm returning it.

THE WORST
I call this vacuum a Diva. I bought it for the obvious convenience of a cordless. It is anything BUT convenient. A light goes on when it needs "servicing" and let's just say the light is on all the time. The dirt chamber is inconvenient to empty because dust and hair gets trapped in it. I keep a pen near the garbage to use to get it out but it ALWAYS results in dust and dirt getting all over me. The filter needs to be cleared often and you have to scrape all the dust and dirt off with your hands as it doesn't come off easily. You could rinse it with water but it takes over 24 hours to dry, even outside on a warm day. The beater bar can't handle my only rug in the house. If you bump a piece of furniture with the business end of the vac, the beater bar turns off and the service light goes on. The beater bar also needs to be serviced periodically as hair will get trapped behind the bar and will cut off suction. The bar is next to impossible to get back on. It is beyond frustrating whenever I need to clean that part. The vac comes apart to expand versatility but it is VERY difficult to get it apart! I'm pressing the button and pulling and it's constantly stuck! Why??!!!!! Finally, even if everything's all cleared out, when I turn it off dirt will fall back out of the stick and onto the floor. I've had this vac since Christmas, about 5 months. I WANT to like it. It costs too much to not like it. I read reviews before I made my decision. I almost returned it immediately because I was nervous at first with how much maintenance it needed. But I figured I'd make it work. Well I hate it. This vacuum has MANY areas for improvement and I definitely would NOT recommend it!

I really LOVE this
I might have something of a vacuum problem. I have been offered a couple here on amazon Vine, and I have bought many as well. I'm not a neat freak. If anything, I'm a bit of a mess, so I guess I want something that will work easily and WELL if I do use it.About my household -- i have a dog with long light hair that sheds. She sleeps on the couch, which ideally I vacuum once a week. Her hair also shows up on the hardwood surfaces of my home. There are nooks and crannies (like the 2 inches beside a certain piece of furniture, and under a hall tree) that are hard to get the hair or debris out with a regular vacuum or broom. This is meeting all of my needs and expectations so far. I really love it! My only complaint (which is fairly typical to all vacuums) is that there's no place to keep or store the accessories. I just have them in a bag beside the vacuum. It does have a wall mount, which I haven't put up, because I am moving in a few months, but I do think I will use it then.**As a vacuum it worked great. The first time I used it, I had quite an accumulation of dog hair. It worked well. It was easy to push, and it was very flexible. It fit well under my sofa, and cleaned carpet and wood floors equally well. At first I thought that the handle was heavy and odd, but once I was using it, it was fine.**I loved using the handheld way, and it's very easy to switch back and forth. My main complaint about using my canister vac or the attachments on my regular vacuum cleaner is that it's just a pain to pull out. I do think that this small size will have me using it much more.**The attachments are easy to use and work well. I don't know if I love the dog hair attachment. It did work on the one area that had a lot of dog hair, but I found that the upholstery tool worked better on the areas of the sofa that just had a bit of dog hair. I did have to clean the dog hair off the felt pad, but it worked well. The suction must be REALLY good. I also enjoyed the dusting tool, especially on baseboards.**The battery pack charges separately, so the vacuum can just stay in a place -- like a pantry -- without a plug, which I like.TO WHAT VACS AM I COMPARING THIS?I bought a Dyson pet vac many years ago (over 10 I think). I do like it, but it's BIG and bulky. One thing I particularly liked was the attachment with the rotary head cleaner (like a regular vacuum head) for cleaning the stairs and pet hair off the sofa, but I didn't use it as often as I wanted to, because it was a pain to pull out. It also was somewhat unwieldy to use the attachment.I also have a NEATO robot vac. It IS effective for everyday use on the carpets and floors, and I bought it specifically when I realized it would fit under my sofa, which is a hard area to clean, but necessary, especially with the dog hair. That said, it's LOUD, so I don't often let it run when I'm home and trying to listen to a podcast or watch TV. But if it's running while I'm gone, it often gets caught on something (or not really even on something), or in between chair legs, so I often just don't run it.Recently I got another handheld vac specifically for pets supposedly, and at first I loved the convenience, but it just didn't work.
