Good earphones
I specifically got these to listen to music and audiobooks in bed. Since they have a flat back they are fairly comfortable to lie on.I find them a good fit for my ears and the sound quality is good. I use Sound Magic E10s as my "going out earphones" but the sound quality of the E10s and the RHAs is comparable. E10s have a bit more bass whilst I find the RHAs have a bit more clarity and depth.Out an about I did notice noise from the cable, which I don't get with the E10s but I did not find it overly annoying. I certainly do not notice any cable noise using them in bed. The cable is not as tangle free the E10s, but not as bad as e.g. Sennheiser CX300s.The 3 year warranty seems very generous. I tend to make headphones last but I seem to be the exception in my household! For comfort, warranty and sound quality, I prefer the RHS MA350s. For daily use and robustness, the E10s win out. If I had to pick only one, RHA has it.

Not bad but left ear went after less than a month
I look after my earphones and have had these just under a month. The sound quality is decent for £20 and the build quality feels good, but the cable transfers a lot of noise back up into your ears. These headphones are probably the worst for that that I have ever used.I returned these when the left earphone suddenly lost most of its volume. I hadn't had any mishaps with the earphones or listened to anything that could possibly blow the earphone but suddenly I thought the podcast that I was listening to was having trouble with the microphones, but it turned out to be an issue with the earphones. It sounds like they have no high frequency for anything playing out of the left earphone.I think the 3 year warranty is a great idea, as I normally get 14-16 months out of a set before something starts to go wrong, but if they fail after only 3 weeks, I think I'll take my chances with another brand.

I cannot emphasise this enough , the fit of the earbuds is absolutely critical !!!!!
This is a difficult one .....half an hour ago I was packing the ear-phones back into their packaging to send them back ....having spent a good few hours trying to make them work , and in the process tried every setting on my graphic equaliser and all the combinations of ear bud sizes ...all to get a tinny , strident playback with virtually no bass !Then as a last resort I tried a larger set of earbuds from another set of phones , and the transformation was immediate and complete ! I am now sitting typing this with Beth Harts version of I'd rather go Blind ( if you haven't heard it , find it on youtube as a duet with Joe Bonamassa ...fabulous ! ) with a big smile on my face !So why the 4 stars only .....firstly the fit of the ear buds is absolutely critical , and the ones provided ( 3 sizes) were not big enough for me ...though I do have a big head. Secondly I am now aware of the cord noise ...but oh well, a little price to pay for what have now proved to be a wonderful set of earphones !

Amazing product and superb company to deal with.
Before I decided to purchase a set of RHA 350's I did a lot of research and all I can tell you is how pleased I am that I went with RHA. They arrived within 24 hours of me ordering them and the moment I listened to the truly amazing sound the ear buds produce I knew I had made the right choice. I also own a set of AKG headphones and despite a price difference of £200.00+ the RHA's gave the AKG's a good run for the money. Unfortunately after two days of blissful use the left hand ear bud went dead on me. I contacted RHA by email and got an automated "We will reply within 24 hours" reply. In this day and age I find 24 hours very acceptable but 20 minutes later I received a very polite and understanding reply from a lady called Rebecca who told me a new set of ear buds were on the way to me and her only request to me was that I posted back the defective set in the prepaid envelope she would supply with the new ear buds. When you buy such a delicate piece of kit as a set of ear buds from a company that must produce thousands of sets there is bound to be the odd set that don't quite make the grade and they slip through the net. Any reasonable person should accept this but where RHA make up for it is their customer services department. I immediately replied to Rebecca thanking her for very quick reply and no nonsense way of dealing with a problem and I got another very personal reply from her thanking me, for thanking her! I sincerely hope that one of the bosses from RHA read this reply because in my opinion Rebecca is the epitome of excellent customer service skills and she is an ambassador for RHA.The new set of RHA's arrived the following day and since then there hasn’t been a problem and they have been played over and over again and since they arrived the AKG's have been gathering dust. If you are in the market for a set of ear buds in the price range of up to £150.00 I don't think you will do much better than the RHA 350's and as they cost a fifth of £150.00 you have got yourself a real bargain.Add to this a brilliant customer service back up and you are buying a 5 Star product from a 5 Star company with a 5+ Star customer service department.I cannot recommend this product highly enough.

The best in-ear phones at any price? Probably.
This is the third set of these I've bought - the 5th over all. They're some of the best sounding in-ear headphones you'll find at any price. My only complaints being High-Hats sound a little "tinny" and the cable can make a lot of noise if you wear a jacket. I almost never wear more than a t-shirt, so it doesn't affect me that often. These now have a three year warranty. My last set only had two. The service provided is excellent. When the last pair failed after two weeks, an email had a new set sent out with a pre-paid envelope to return the broken set. Over two years later, I've had to buy a new set. They were in use nearly every day during that period, and nothing lasts much over 18 months with that kind of abuse. So try them. IF they fail, just let RHA know, and they'll get you a new set ASAP. I've not been disappointed in the (nearly) 4 years I've been using them for.
