Great quality

Great value, and obviously organic kelp is extremely healthy for you. However I would describe the kelp as smelling and tasting like a farmer just spread muck over the fields on a very warm summers day. It taints the taste of every smoothie I tried. Perhaps just my batch but if you don't like strong tastes it could be a challenge.

Good quality, but very strong flavour, so you kind of need to hide it in a strong flavoured food, but I would say best put with a fish dish as it does taste of the sea.

I guess the product is good and fresh, but never tasted such potent kelp before, it's actually awful. Can't be added to a smoothie as it takes over completely and tastes like old pond water. But I'll do my best to glug it down the back of my throat with a small dash of water like a horrible medicine

Almost everyone is deficient in iodine and sea kelp is a rich source of the very important trace mineral. Kelp also provides numerous other trace minerals that are essential to the human body. Good for thyroid function, energizing and boosts your metabolism. Apart from iodine your thyroid needs selenium so 5 to 6 brazil nuts a day is a good idea to support its function.

I take this in a drink mix for the Iodine, but find it quite gritty.

Vegan so hope will be good for extra iodine. Newly purchased but so far happy. Put 1/4 teaspoon to my smoothie and couldn’t taste the powder which is good
