This is a very well built and simple to assemble product. I do think that the support cushion could be bigger so you rest your neck and head against it. It does take a little getting used too but once you have sat in it for a while it is comfortable. Good value against other similar products that I have seen in B&Q and other garden centres.

Hi, bought this in summer of 2019, when it arrived it was easy to assemble and was a nice piece of outdoor furniture, unfortunately a year later it has started to rust quite a lot around the base and as it is for the outdoors we thought this shouldn’t happen, we contacted the seller Charles Bentley and they say as it is over a year old they will not replace the item, I understand about the year warranty but as it supposed to stay outside we wouldn’t expect it to rust, the seller did not try to help us at all and just sent an e mail stating it was outside the warranty,we felt this was wrong as it was only a year old and should have lasted longer hence this review of one star, poor product and poor customer service.

Such a fantastic chair. Absolutely in love with it. Lovely thick padded good quality cushion. So very comfortable. I really like the shape, not as bulbous as other similar chairs. Still very wide in the seat area but the slimmer back allows it to fit beautifully in my conservatory without any loss of comfort. I keep falling asleep in it!! And delivery was exceptional, very fast. Thank you.

Arrived in time, with clear instructions. The stand is well made and looks durable but the chair is not as well made. The structure is weak and the wooden supports need to be regularly checked and pushed back under the raffia/reeds which are also unravelling which is a bit of a shame.My daughter and I love sitting in it to read but my son and husband are too tall and feel like they are bent over as it is too curved....not that I'm complaining as less people to wrestle to get a go!

Bought this chair for a sun room, although it would be equally suitable for a garden. It is very sturdy and comfortable when either sitting or curled up. Very nicely made, and minimally (but securely) packaged - arrived in perfect condition. If you are using indoors, make sure you take note of the dimensions as it is tall and has quite a large footprint.

Great buy, but beware the rest of your family will think it’s their own....I find it lovely and comfy for reading, I had it in my garden and now in conservatory for sunny days!
