I have laminated around 70 A4 items so far with no problems. Heats up quickly and can cope with laminating many items in a session. Does not need a carrier sheet despite the misleading instructions with the pouches supplied with the machine.

This replaces a Tesco laminator which was half the price but to be honest was never that good.This one heats up really fast, pulls through quicker, has a jam release function and auto turn off.It also allows different pouch thicknesses.I think it's worth the extra cost.

The media could not be loaded. Has crumpled or wrinkled but so Noisy as video showNot sure I can live with that or if there going to be issues

Heats up quickly. The slot is slightly oversized which is great as you don't have to get the sheet perfectly aligned to avoid jams. On the downside, there's no guide to run the edge of the paper along to ensure it's straight.Also supplied with a removable wire paper rest for completed pieces to land on when they come out of the slot.

This does the job. It warms up rapidly, the fastest I have ever used (1 minute vs 3 to 4 minutes). I laminated several Photos and I was very impressed with the output. I have also laminated several Posters without any paper jams. It comes with starter lamination pouches.

I have just purchased one of these from Amazon and haven't received it yet. The reason being that had one previously and the instructions did not specify definitely which way to feed it: the instructions are inadequate. I fed it from the tray to the front, as I did on my previous one, from another manufacture. If you do this the sheet is not rejected, it feeds around the rollers in reverse and catches fire; one mistake and it is all over. Result rollers gummed up laminator written off. My fault basically but the instructions didn't help. Otherwise it looks like a potentially good product.

This is a decent quality affordable laminator. It does everything it's supposed to - heats up quickly, laminates well, is easy to store and move around. Perfect for crafty things, home office etc.
