5 stars if no dent.
a big dent in the front near the bottom when I received it, the box was ok. I wanted to return it, but liked giving it a try first. it worked so good, boiling water fast and quiet. also very pretty, the dark blue color! I tried to fix it by open the bottom cover and put some force on the dent from inside. it works, not perfect, still has a shallow dent though. consider the dent, i rate it as 4.5 stars. love it so much, just buy another one.

Cute tea pot
This little pot does a nice job of heating water and is worth considering. Nice crystal knob fits in nicely as well. Good value.

Good quality kettle
An attractive kettle to set out on the counter.It seems to take a bit longer to boil water than mylast one, but the quality and appearance ofit makes up for it.

A darling electric tea kettle
Lovely, sturdy and easy to clean. We used it for a B&B situation for three months. It Wasserstein niceI gifted it to the housekeeper when we left. The inside is stainless, I believe, very sanitary and nice.

Stopped working within just 5 months. I tried contacting amazon due to the supposed 2 year warranty but they couldn’t put me in touch with the seller so I’m hoping the seller will see this review and honor their warranty and replace my kettle so I can up my review to 4 stars (minus 1 out of 5 for inconvenience of having to get it replaced). Kettle Lid
The kettle is very cute, however I was looking for a kettle without any plastic, rubber or silicone rubber. The kettle lidhas a silicone rubber ring on the lid that would be on the inside of the kettle. I just think that it is safe to have the hotsteam from boiling water anywhere near plastic or silicone rubber. I will be returning the kettle and will continue to search for the impossible dream for an electric kettle plastic free, rubber free and silicone rubber free on inside and on the lid.
