Given the rod a good try out and i`m more than happy with it. I do a lot of walking (fossilling) up and down the local coast and the telescopic rod is a great bonus activity without the extra baggage.Great value

Not used this yet. Fear it would snap if I got a reasonable fish on. One of the eyes came loose as I unpacked it. More of a holiday toy. Looks quite fancy
