We purchased this steam inhaler as my partner and I both have asthma and sinus problems. My partner also has Rosacea so anything that can clear her pores without chemicals is a bonus. She will only do this at evening she doesn’t has to go out as her skin gets red through the steam but it seems to help her so she will continue to use this product for her skin once or twice a week. I personally haven’t used this product yet but my partner has used for her sinuses as well but it is too early to say how much this steam inhaler is helping. I expected a new product and it came clearly used. The power chord is very short and doesn't reach any of my sockets. I use it for steaming my vocal chords and it's fine for that. Okay for a first time buy but I wouldn't repurchase.

Brought to help with sinisitis and found effective. Produced lots of steam for a good length of time. Easy to put together too and sturdy. Reasonable price.

Haven’t used it too much yet, but seems a good bit of kit and very soothing for painful sinuses.

Really disappointed first item that I have had to return from Amazon Item in wrong box, Osenjie professional face steamer not Yuni Item not in new condition, scrapes and scuffed worst of all non British standard PLUG no kite mark just a sticker on the back of the plug to say uk standards ( Bollocks ) if you buy, change the plug before you use ( in the instructions it says if the plug gets warm check your connections.) must question all positive feedback that is on Amazon thats why I purchased this item only given one star because I have to to wright this review. Ufortunatelly I’m not happy with this product. When I put my face into the face masks the boiling water splashes into my face and the steam is too close to my mouth. I have to move my face away from the mask. You can not adjust the temperature so it wouldn’t scald you!

Had a little problem with the item but the seller got it sorted. The item work as described although it does get too hot sometimes to put my face in while the item is on. Otherwise, it works well.

Its ok - I must have a big face or something as the steam isn't as uniform as I'd like - the vent (or the circumference of the heated bowl beneath) means the steam rises in a rather narrow column. Its serving its purpose though and for the price I think it does the job well.
