It's fine, it is what it says and it does the job but I'm disappointed that it doesn't smell of lavender even though I selected the 'with lavender' option.

After receiving chiropractic sessions I was advised t purchase a few wheat bags. I decided to purchase this product as it was perfectly snug for neck and shoulder warmth. This is a very good product for ache relief.

I looked for a wheat bag that would lie flat on my neck and shoulders which this does. It says to heat for 2 and a half minutes which is fine. however, it is not hot at all and the warmth it does have soon disappears. I am reheating two or three times to treat the pain in my neck.I will continue to use but please check out others before purchasing this one.

Wheaty bag great but stitching on seams came undone on first use resulting in wheat seeds spilling every where! Initial seam failure repaired but since then another seam has opened so I suggest if you purchase one of these you oversew all seams before use. Shame as otherwise it works really well.

the design is not great for 'frozen' shoulder issues as the seams prevent the item from heating all over

This is my 3rd one of these! Very happy with the quality of this item. It has been so good that I had to buy another 2 for family since they kept taking my one - my wife uses this daily for her neck and shoulders and she absolutely loves it. Soft to the touch and holds heat a long time. Only recommendation would be to ask the manufacturer to make this both wider and longer so that it covers your shoulder more. Noticed since buying my 1st one 4yrs ago the size of the item is now smaller. Apart from this - it's very good!

Could have held the heat a bit longer but that is just my opinion

Disappointed with this item. The cover lacks softness and the whole item is surprisingly heavy. I found it uncomfortable to use on an already sore shoulder. Sadly it resides in the back of the drawer!
