Turtle Beach Chat Cable for PlayStation 4 Headset Compatibility - PS4

MOST OTHER LEADS WILL NOT WORK!!If this item is out of stock again make sure you read this before tying to find another connector............most standard leads are unsuitable,reason is the 3.5mm jack is a 4 pole connector- which has two audio and one chat channels( black bands ) most 3.5 to 2.5 leads are just 3 poles, 2 black bands. If you can find one fine, if not don't waste your time!!

I bought this cable after realising that the Astro A40 with Mixamp Pro that I bought for my Xbox One no longer comes bundled with an Xbox Live Chat Cable. I wanted a cable that would connect the 3.5mm jack on the Xbox One Adapter with the 2.5 mm port on the Mixamp Pro. The Cable works great with no buzzing or feedback. Sometimes with these cables you get very flimsy connectors on the end meaning you have to replace them every few months. However, this cable feels very solid and worth the extra £5 or so.One note on using the chat adapter is that people you are talking to online will hear a buzzing noise when you are charging the controller.Overall a very useful cable with a nice finish and solid connectors at each end.

Update:Had some complaints of echo when in a party so ended up buying a different cable which solved the problem. Stars adjusted, original review comments below:Bought this cable to connect a gen 1 Astro A50 headset to an Xbox One Elite controller. The end that connects to the headset had a large amount of plastic surrounding the connector, this stopped the cable fitting into the headphones.5 minutes with a sharp knife and I’d trimmed off enough for a snug fit. Cable appears to work fine, would have been 5 stars if it had fit without modification.

Thank very much turtle beach for producing this little cable. I have the DX11 with the ear force DSS box for surround sound when I had my xbox 360 so I was a little frustrated when I could use them for game sound with PS4 but not chat. I tried two other cables that were 2.5mm to 3.5mm and none of them worked.This is the only one that will work with turtle beach headsets and PS4, and it works great. So good to use my turtle beaches with the PS4, that standard mic and earpiece that comes with the PS4 is crap.

So,1 not genuine2 no packaging just a cable in an envelope3 not the correct wire4 very low quality (even if it worked)So, this is a 4pin 3.5mm to a 3 pin 2.5mm.Turtle beach headphones and the PS controller BOTH need 4 pin 3.5.

I have a set of PX5s from my PS3 days and was disappointed that the PS4 was not patched for Bluetooth usage from the off.I was not prepared to pay for the PX4s.I was, it appears, very lucky to check back several times over 5 days and found these back in stock. I could not get this lead through the internet or in high street gaming/electronic stores.I have heard that people are selling these on eBay for £25.00 as they are like rocking horse poo.Keep checking back and good luck as these do work with the PX5-PS4 cable. Just remember to update the audio output to "full output" in the PS4 menu, otherwise you automatically only get chat through the ears.

I bought this lead as had purchased Turtle beach headphones for an xbox 360 some time ago and wanted to use them on a ps4. Lead worked perfectly

At times th sound is grainy and you have to fiddle with the comnector connecting to the headset to fix it, my mic will at times echo too which requires me to disconnect and reconnect this lead from my headset and controllet to fix it. It does not happen very often but because it happens I have to leave 3 *

Ojo, yo tengo los cascos X12 de turtle Beach, si lo miramos tiene lo que es en el cable una consola para enchufar la salida de auriculares, mi mayor temor era que al enchufarlo en la ps4 mis compañeros me escuchen pero yo a ellos no. pues en este caso podeis estar tranquilos.Podeis conectarlo como querais. Siempre el usb en una fuente de alimentacion para que los cascos esten encendidos. y luego la salida de audio al televisor o sin poner directamente y luego el cable este al mando de la play, podeis hacerlo como querais, eso si un detalleSi conectais el cable de audio al televisor la consola que trae el casco se puede usar, subir y bajar volumen, graves etc.Si lo conectamos todo a la consola de los cascos pues todo estara configurado como la propia play4 te lo tenga configurado, vamos es facil de verUn saludo

Ich habe das Turtle Beach PX4 Wireless und nutze dieses an meiner PS4. Da ich nicht wusste, dass dem PX4 bereist ein Kabel beillag, habe ich zusätzlich eines bestellt.Leider muss ich sagen, dass beide nicht 100 % zufriedenstellend funktionieren.Das "Orginal mitgelieferte" lässt sich nicht so 100 % am PS4 Joypad (ist auch Orginal) befestigen. Dadurch entsteht hin und wieder ein "knacken in der Leitung" was besonders die anderen PS Partymitglieder stört.Das hier zu ergatternde Kabel erzeugt (kaum eingesteckt) bei allen PS Partymitglieder eiin ECHO.Ich hoffe hier gibt es bald eine bessere Lösung

Que se puede opinar sobre un producto diseñado específicamente para un dispositivo concreto, simplemente que funciona o no funciona, en este caso funciona a la perfección. Diseñados para ser utilizados con el mando PS4 para añadir la capacidad de chat de voz. Conexión correcta y a la primera, sin necesidad de líos de configuración. conectar, y listo.Alabo el esfuerzo que hace esta compañía Turtle Beach para actualizar sus periféricos y así evitar que desembolsemos más dinero si es que aparece una nueva consola. Ejemplo de esto, es este cable.

I bought this to use with my xbox one as I saw many other reviews stating it worked. Unfortunately this did not work. I could only hear game volume and for my mic to work on my headset with this cord hooked up I literally had to scream to get any sound to pick up. (My headset is in perfect working condition as it works on my computer and other systems perfectly fine) Not sure what the issue is here but would love to find out if it’s a defective cord or what. 2 stars because the cord does look and feel durable.

cavo acquistato per adattare le cuffie della playstation 3 alla play 4.come da foto in allegato, il cavo è della giusta lunghezza anche se essendo io abituata a stare senza cavo perciò per un po' mi era scomodo ma ora ci ho fatto l'abitudine.avrei preferito che lungo il cavo ci fosse la levetta per regolare il volume ma a prescindere da questo, tramite questo cavo ho risolto il mio problema e finalmente posso sfruttare le cuffie anche sulla play 4.

Tercer cable que tengo tras perder los primeros y romperse unos segundos más baratos que compré. Son originales, y comparado con esos que se me rompieron en el conector se nota. Cable con buen recubrimiento y grosor suficiente para dar sensación de que estos no se romperán, y el plástico de los conectores también da sensación de durabilidad,En la descripción pone ps4, pero vale también para Xbox One. Utilizados en unos turtle beach x42 sin problemas. Los hay más baratos, pero mejor opción gastarse un poco más y tener la seguridad de que no se romperán.

El cable va perfectamente, aunque sea original de Turtle beach, yo los uso para los Astro A50 y Xbox One, y encaja perfectamente en los auriculares. Con este cable, evito el molesto adaptador jack de 2,5mm a 3,5mm. El envio, como siempre 100% correcto, dentro de las fechas establecidas

Bought myself the Turtle Beach Earforce Tango Black Ops 2 headset early last year, not anticipating that the Bluetooth functionality wouldn't work with the ps4, I was utterly disappointed that I could use my headset for sound but not for chat.This little cable bridges the gap for people in the same boat as me, as it connects your headset to the ps4 controller and allows voice commands and chat functions. Kinda takes away from the whole wireless experience, but what can you do.It works as intended and really isn't too much of a set back as far as price goes.Requires a few settings be changed on the PS4 itself, so don't freak out that you hear distortion or it doesn't work right out the box. Do some searching and follow instructions and you should be good to go in a couple mins.Quickly got over the fact that Turtle Beach and Sony are squeezing me for a few extra bucks or trying to force us into buying a new headset and pulled the trigger on this cable, totally worth it.

Nutze das Kabel mit meinem X41, nachdem ich das original talkback Kabel auch mit diversen Adaptern nicht vollständig zum laufen bekommen habe. Das Kabel hier funktioniert super, man sollte allerdings darauf achten, dass es wirklich fest eingesteckt wird und sitzt, denn ein kleiner Wackelkontakt hat bei mir zum Echo der Chatpartner geführt.Das Kabel selbst erfüllt seinen Zweck, eine gute Notflösung, um alte Headsets weiterhin mit der PS4 verwenden zu können. Schade trotzdem das sich am Kabel keine Mikrofon Stummschaltung und Lautstärkeregelung befindet, wie es beim original Talkback Kabel der Fall ist.

This plugs directly into the headset adapter and it doesn't require the little 6" flat cord that messed up on mine. I just wanted to let you all know this cord works great, don't hesitate for Xbox One!

Hallo.Ich hab mir das Kabel gekauft um mein Turtle beach X-ray und die PS4 zum Chat verbinden kann. Da das X-ray eigentlich für die Ps3 und die X-box 360 entwickelt wurde wollte ich das headset auch für meine Ps4 nutzen. Mit diesem kabel funktioniert es ganz gut aber man muss die chat Einstellungen im ps4 Menü machen. Deswegen hab ich mir auch noch das Tutle Beach Chat back kabel bestellt um die chat Lautstärke und das micro mute an der Verneinung einzustellen können und nicht immer in das ps4 Menü muss. Ansonsten kann ich das kabel nur empfehlen.

I wasn't sent the cable that I thought was going to be sent to me. The cable that was sent to me has an inline mute and a chat volume wheel which is useless to me since I'm just using this as a cable that goes from my controller to the Astro Mixamp I use.

Pacco arrivato 2 giorni prima del previsto e funziona, metto però solo 4 stelle in quanto il cavo è sì quello ufficiale turtle beach come scritta sul cavo, però è arrivato dentro una bustina di plastica alla buona, non nella sua confezione originale, questo nn vuol dire che il prodotto sia difettoso o altro, però andrebbe detto.

Ho usato il cavetto per collegare le mie cuffie PX 5 della Turtle Beach tramite adattatore Xbox One al joypad ed ho risolto il problema con altri cavi non originali, materiale residente, sono soddisfatto! Spedizione come al solito lampo, pacco arrivato in 2 giorni!
