Feels a little flimsy but really the technology, interface, ease of set up (will require computer) mean you can have a phoneline via your broadband router using a 3rd party VoIP provider. We use a subscription service costing a few pounds a month. Excellent call quality.

Great set, this phone is being used by my 84 year old neighbour and the quality is fantastic. The ease of use compared to a traditional PSTN line phone makes it an ideal companion to those who have moved to VOIP.

Well built and good quality sound
Well built (German) and setup was easy enough using instuctions. The device came in Dutch I think, which wasn't helpful, as I had to change the language - should have asked for language prompt on first start. Otherwise great quality sound, even when using speaker, others could hear me perfectly well. Good product.
