Pasos 1: Spanish Beginner's Course: Book and CD pack 4th Edition

DVD will not play in my new Sony DVD player is said it was a different color format I also tried to play the DVD in my Dell computer it will not play the DVD. My computer will play the Audio CD

I was very pleased with my purchase, the book, CD's and DVD were in excellent condition. I needed them as they were set by my Spanish teacher, however, I find the Pasos series very difficult to learn from! but perhaps that's just me.

Possibly the most confusing book I've ever had the misfortune to own. I ordered this speaking and listening skills book with audio CDs to partner the book used in my nightclass. I was expecting to load the CD and have it follow the text in the book. Not a bit of it!! I've spent the last hour playing the CDs whilst having to hunt around in the book for the corresponding exercises. Even more odd is the fact that the first half of the book has the practice activities and the second half has the transcripts - why??? Wouldn't it make more sense to have the transcripts of the audio alongside the exercises and to actually have them in the same order?This is a completely unfathomable format that defys all logic. I can't justify spending any more time trying to work out how to actually use this so it's going back to Amazon
