Works great, the only downside is that it’s a twist on and off so it’s easy to twist too much and then you are left with half a light

[...]These really are great. We've tried a variety of lights with our dog, some of which have been pretty expensive. But, these little safety blinkers are (honestly) the best value. They're bright, easy to see, and last a reasonable amount of time. I can't be 100% sure, but I'm guessing that they're good for 15-30 hours'ish. The batteries can be replaced relatively easily, but they're so cheap that it's hardly worth the effort, and cheap batteries hardly last any time at all. One word of warning ... always triple check that the light is completely off. We've ran down the batteries on these before when we haven't checked, and the battery has merrily flashed away for several hours (in a cupboard) and we haven't noticed until we've been getting ready to go out. :-(

Pleased with the product, in a way - it is exactly what I wanted, and exactly what the description and photo depict.It was for my cat, who is only a successful hunter at night, when the birds can't see her. So this was intended to make her visible. And it certainly did that. The problem is, the light is SO bright and rapidly flashes non-stop it freaked her out. She just kept backing away from the light except it was on her collar, obviously, so it followed her. She nearly wet herself in terror, poor thing.So, overall, the product does what it says but the cat's aren't happy wearing it at all. However, I'm putting it on my backpack for when cycling at night. So it's not redundent, there are other uses for it. Just wouldn't recommend it for the use intended. Would probably be OK on a dog lead though.

This would be a great product if the massive design flaw was addressed. Whilst the LED flashing light is marvellous and can be seen from a long distance 20+ metres away in darkness, this product is severely let down by the fact that it comes in two pieces and should you lightly unscrew the LED bit, the likelyhood you'll lose top bit from bottom then renders the product completely redundant, because the keyring (top) cannot run independently from the bottom (LED) bit. The reason that there is a need to unscrew top from bottom is to prevent the battery from running down as you need to screw the two bits together to get this to work. I used this to attach to my dogs collar, but when not needed lightly unscrewed top from bottom to disconnect the battery, however whilst still attached to dog collar bottom half was lost. Bought this time had on my keys, and again the same thing happened. Completely useless.. if this flaw was addressed this would be a great product.

Received two of these today. Few small problens with them hence the 3 stars. First of all, the batteries come in a packaging which takes ages to get into.Secondly, when i was tightening the product, the light bit broke off from the clip, resulting in me having to tie it together with thread. I tied the other just incase it happens to that.Lastly, i put the last bsttery in wrong after i gad checked they both work (which they do) so that the LED wouldnt keep flashing. However, even with one battery turned upside down, the still flash faintly.Other that that, its great for the price and the LED is very bright.

PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT AND ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS ON 3RD DAY AFTER PAYMENT WITH THE FREE DELIVERY OPTION WHICH WAS FANTASIC AND VERY FAST. THE PRICE FOR THIS ITEM WAS ALSO GREAT AND JUST AS GOOD AS THE BLINKERS AT £5 EACH AS MY FRIEND AND MINE TESTED THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM.WHEN THE PRODUCT ARRIVED IT WAS VERY SIMPLE TO GET THE PRODUCT TO GO ON AND TURN OFF WHEN REQUIRED AND I'V HAD THIS PRODUCT FOR ABOUT 3 WEEKS AND NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THE ITEM. WE DID ANOTHER TRIAL AND THAT IS TRUE THAT YOU CAN SEE MY DOG UP TO JUST UNDER 1/2 A MILE WHICH IS AMAZING AND NOW MY DOG CAN WANDER AT NIGHT AND I WILL KNOW WHERE HE IS AND IF HE IS HEADING TOWARDS ANY DANGER (CANAL OR CAR'S OR BIKES ETC). I HAD NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER FROM THE COMPANY I PURCHASED THE ITEM FROM.*****I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AND THE SELLER. HOPE THIS REVIEW HELP'S YOU COME TO A DECISION *****

My dogs are black and early morning on the farm can be scary as we put our horses out as their field is on the other side of a 60 mph narrow, unlit road. The blinkers are the best of their kind and both black dogs gain a high vis' profile when wearing them. The metal body is so much more durable than the plastic ones we had before. Thank you from me and my dogs x. oops! I found after two months that the battery holder had worked loose and fallen off during a long walk so much for durability!

This is a handy little thing which quickly attaches to your dog's collar and makes your dog visible in darkness, invaluable if you live in the countryside and have a black labrador which tends to wander off! Also useful for dog walking on winter evenings, makes your dog visible to other road users and pedestrians with it's bright flashing lights. Cheap and cheerful, it does have a tendency to unscrew itself and get lost, so don't leave it on the collar when not needed. I bought two this time so I have a spare.
