Silverline 848562 1/3 Sanding Sheets 10pk 120 Grit

Expected the ones that stuck on and gripped the sander themselves, like the one that came with the sander. But no, these have to be gripped in place. They simply ripped either at the grip, or just simply only lasted minutes against seemingly smooth newly plastered walls, its not like I was really having to even much out, it was just to give the once over. Had to go out and buy from B and Q, paid more, but got quality, one sanding sheet did a whole wall, with these 3 didn't even get to half.

Not sure how this got high rating, it falls apart pretty quickly. It’s as close to useless as you could get. Do yourself a favour and get your sanding paper from wickes instead. Cheaper and significantly stronger.

Will do some light jobs, but at this grit (80) I expected better of the product. It did not last long at all and ends up coming apart on the orbital sander. A bit disappointed that 79p pack of 20 in a local pound shop did nearly the same job and it was quartz/sand.

do not know a lot about sandpapers so my experience may be down to the wrong application of the material. The sheets was used through an electric sander. They ripped within a few seconds of touching the surface of the piece.

Reasonable quality sand paper. Can't say it lasts particularly well or indeed wears out more quickly than sand paper bought at a DIY shop.

Really rubbish, broke every single time I tried to sand . Better off with paper .. thanks for a rubbish product.

What can one say about sandpaper ? I bought it in conjunction with the machine, which has a dust extraction facility, but the sanding sheets do not have corresponding dust extraction holes; not that I use the dust collection. The sanding sheet work as one would expect.

Product as described, I needed these to sand down a cutting board with deep cuts and did a great job without having to rub too hard. It came fast and great value for the price.
