Power Saving and fast Heating
My Sister recomended as she was using it from past 6 months. It was very good. Service for Installation was quick. Energy efficient.

Pathetic after sales service
Bought the ao smith 25 litre geyser which said its for high rise buildings. Very unhappy as the safety valve starts leaking 3 minutes after putting on the geyser. The after sales is dismal and they take 3-4 days to respond to a complaint. They made me reduce pressure of water which didn't solve the problem and also my shower pressure is really bad. They say you have to put a pipe on the safety valve as the water will drip. That's it. The company handling their after sales are rude and arrogant and response time is bad. No resolution. Wish I had gone with another brand.

Very poor products and services
I am writing this review after purchasing 2 new water heaters from AO Smith. The after sales service is very poor. Technicians are unskilled and unprofessional. I had to get my heaters installed on my own and had to bear the cost of installation whereas the product comes with free installation.
