Excellent product at a very reasonable price. I was reassured that I had made the right choice when I saw that it was one of the brands chosen by a clinic that I recently attended. It provides a strong flow of concentrated oxygen at the required rate of 5 liters/minute. UPDATE - Unfortunately this item stopped working after 21 months. It was still under warranty, but had to go to Bulgaria to be repaired, at a delivery cost of £50, so it may be worth checking the service location when choosing a supplier.
